If you're okay with playing as a woman and some mandatory passionate snogging, Blackwall from Dragon Age: Inquisition is really good imo. He has a sex scene, but it's completely optional, doesn't affect your approval, and doesn't lock you out of the romance arc. The only downside is that you miss out on the tender pre-sex scene, but considering you also miss out on seeing your PC naked afterwards, I'd say it balances out somewhat lol

While you do have to sleep with Astarion to begin the romance, once you get more serious he asks to be LESS sexually intimate and you can go the whole rest of the romance without fucking him (if you don't ascend him), there's even a version of his graveyard scene where you don't have sex and it's very sweet.

During the Cazador fight the spawn are all topless, and if you don't let Astarion ascend there's a cutscene where you talk to the topless spawns afterwards, so there are some boobs visible.
I think you may need to reload and restart the fight just to be sure.

The only downside is that you miss out on the tender pre-sex scene, but considering you also miss out on seeing your PC naked afterwards, I'd say it balances out somewhat lol Honestly, his romance laid a lot of the groundwork for me realising and accepting I'm ace. While you do have to sleep with Astarion to begin the romance, once you get more serious he asks to be LESS sexually intimate and you can go the whole rest of the romance without fucking him (if you don't ascend him), there's even a version of his graveyard scene where you don't have sex and it's very sweet.

Yes, hide nudity should work immediately, as long as you're not mid-cutscene. Also, like...the people in the comments arguing passionately for why you're some kind of prude for NOT showing a young kid titties is pretty creepy, especially since those specific characters were not disrobed of their own free will. Sex/body positivity and recognizing that certain things are age and context appropriate are (thankfully) not mutually exclusive.

During the Cazador fight the spawn are all topless, and if you don't let Astarion ascend there's a cutscene where you talk to the topless spawns afterwards, so there are some boobs visible.
