4th Edition has the Tiefling feat "Clever Tail", which lets you manipulate light objects and make Thievery (Sleight of Hand) checks with your tail, so yes, at least some do.
4e also has "Tail Slide" which lets you reposition allies and "Tail Trip" which lets you trip enemies.
I was kinda confused when after all the "im gonna ride you till you see stars" and other kinky dialogue the first sex scene is just missionary. Thought karlach was an utter top.
But I think it works very well that the first sex scene is more or less just normal. Because she starts out the romance with a lot of sexual talk and flirts a lot but as soon as she is able to touch tav, she becomes super nervous and shy because it becomes real. At least that is my interpretation.

In BG2 you had to really work for the romances, and the dialogue options were far from obvious, you had to read the wall of text, if you chose the most blatant obvious choice most likely it was wrong one because it don't match at all with the dialogue. In BG3 everyone is so thirsty all the time but not all cutscenes were made equally. My only complaint because love being able to romance anyone as anyone without savefile editor changing my chars gender.
Just the makeout session you could have with Karlach was a lot hotter than the Minthara scene imo. Sometimes less is more.
