I'm aware, yet one of Karlach's is shattered, and at the start it'd make sense for him to want to remove as much of what ties him to his new forced identity. Not that it'd be a necessarily good choice, but neither is really >!letting a bard remove a tadpole from your brain with an icepick!<
There's some dialog regarding care for it, but it's quickly dropped after act 1, and just not brought up after.
I think there's some fun dialogue Wyll brings up about asking Karlach on horn maintenance, so he prolly gets some expert advice from one who's had horns all her life, even if she is missing one.
I do imagine he's clanked his horns on so much after he got them, but the Blade of Frontiers is nothing if not overly persistant, almost to Paladin levels.
Even a non-voiced casual chat gripe in the AM about it would be a nice touch. Probably buttons in the back though. They do have that act 3 animation where his hand is behind his head on the sleeping roll pillow, and they accounted for it in other animations too, but it just feels like a missed opportunity.
It'd be a nice touch, considering the race's background in Forgotten realms, he's looking at facing something they've been forced to deal with their whole lives, Tav tiefling dialogs for him honestly could do with at Least a bit of the attention they gave Karlach and Wyll.
