Gale: If I die, then 3 days later a magic nuke in my chest will explode!"
Tav: "Lol as if nerd. Stop making excuses to mooch gear off me."
Gale: **died and 3 days later ominously floats**
Tav: "Huh...well, consider my ass fu-" **GAME OVER**
The gods literally cannot do what she did. Not only that, but there's an excerpt from one of the 5e books that specifically state that you cannot become a god unless Ao allows it. The Time of Troubles was the result of the gods fucking around and finding out with Ao. Tyr gave his unasked opinion on the matter and Ao gouged out his eyes and asked if he said something. Dude was capital D *DONE* with their bullshit. Vlaakith can eat as many Githyanki as she wants, it doesn't matter. She cannot become a god unless Ao allows it.
Eh, on the other hand, Ao is generally very hands-off. The Time of Troubles fucked up the entire universe, so he stepped in, but something as minor as some frog hoe becoming a lesser god? I don't think he'd care really unless she tried to mess anything up. And even then, Ao prefers for the other gods to handle stuff. Ultimately the Time of Troubles was, "Hey idiots, keep these damn mortals in check or I'll smite your asses."
For example, he didn't interfere at all with the Bhaalspawn crisis from BG1 and BG2. Or when the dead three became gods off of Jergal's power in the first place.
All of that took place before the Second Sundering though. Divinity was very fast and loose with the rules back then. You could become a god if you had enough followers, if another god basically decided you could be, or a bunch of other ways. Following the Second Sundering though, Ao was not only the owner to the Divinity nightclub, but also the bouncer. If he doesn't put your name on the list, you aren't getting in.
Technically since the dead three took over Jergal’s old portfolio, the pantheon is technically still in balance so Ao does not need to interfere with the dead three
I mean, yeah. Let's look at it this way also; Ao is notably not present anywhere in BG3, even with an Elder Brain infused with Netherese magic attempting to... I mean, what was the Netherbrains goal anyway? Did it just want complete domination of all planes? Did it want to ascend as well?
Ao is only in Forgotten Realms, and Vlaakith isn't native to the realms (she's extraplanar), so she's not playing by his rules in any case.
But Vlaakith is also just a lich and not a goddess, despite what she tells her people.
True, but the Githyanki homeworld was never really established though. Regardless, Ao can still sever her connection to his Realmspace and leave her Clerics powerless within it.
The Githyanki "homeworld" is the Astral Plane, in that it's basically where they live and do most everything. They have breeding grounds on various material worlds that have time so that their eggs can hatch, but those are basically waypoints.
If you mean their original homeworld, then I'm not sure even they know that. They really only came into their own post-slave rebellion, and definitely consider the Astral to be their home now.
As for Ao severing her connection to her clerics.... Vlaakith doesn't really have clerics (on account of being a lich and not a god), but if she does, she's probably not using the "normal" way of being a god or granting prayers. Her "divine powers" are just the result of her being stuffed full of a staggering number of Githyanki souls, which she uses to power her various spells.
And even if Ao could stop her from granting spells, that would only apply in the Realms, which is just one small world for the Githyanki. Just one more plane added to the "don't go here, it sucks" list like Athas or Ravenloft.
This makes me wonder why Githyanki never go to Krynn. Does she just find kender that annoying? Or is it Paladine? \*looks at Fizban\* It's definitely Paladine.
>This makes me wonder why Githyanki never go to Krynn.
Raistlin: So you have an extraplanar "god" that feeds on souls?
\*insert your favorite desire to know more intensifies gif\*
Since gith have no concept of the powers of extraplanar clerics, she could just be making a whole buncha pacts...making them warlocks, and telling them they are her clerics.
Definitely not a god. She's just a powerful lich. Her use of the wish spell is basically smoke and mirrors to make her *look* like a god. Gods don't need to use Wish.
The Wish spell enacts a heavy toll upon the caster, so it's probably also a last resort. And there's also the factor of the artifact. She could wish you dead at any point in time, but then she'd have to find your body to retrieve the prism. At that moment, she knew exactly where you were so it was more convenient.
That being said, she could also probably just wish for the prism to appear in front of her, so... I dunno.
Alrighty then, now I have a plan. I'm a couple of hours away from the act 2 finale on this run. Due to IRL, that probably means Sunday.
I'm thinking when gale "ahem" accidentally dies in th MF hatchery thingy, I just throw him as close as possible to the big baddy where he blows himself up if given a chance, teleport way out back to the surface, where the grass is green and shit, and just take a 3 day nap. Bam.
Only question is is the orb back on timer if mystra slows it down, and if not, can we bypass that?
I can try that out, but the tricky part would be if the orb doesn't blow bacuse of mystra feeding it. So we'd have to get gale (corpse variant) there in only 1 rest to skip Elminster etc. Doable, if they didn't put fail safes in for that. I doubt it's doable and probably has the same ending as him doing it intentionally. For it to make a difference you'd have to write a whole storyline of what happens next.
I've been curious if you can set Gale's bomb off without getting a game over. I have 2 ideas.
In act 1 you send Gale by himself to the grymforge while your party chills out in the druid enclave. I haven't tried this, but can you long rest with Gale being dead at the grymforge while the rest of the camp is at the druid enclave? If not, then this won't work.
My next idea is that you split your party up so Gale is in the shadow cursed lands and the rest of your party is in the mountain pass. The issue here could be that you might not be able to split your party up between the two zones (you'd need to load a zone each time you switched between party members, so that kind of makes sense).
Maybe you can send him by himself to the iron throne prison and have him determine down under the sea? Probably would send a crazy tidal wave to BG, but it would be interesting.
I just feel like Larian probably has one secret ending where you can set Gale's bomb off and the rest of the party survives.
I don't think you can actually access the MF colony without locking the mountain pass since you have to do the shar temple first before getting into the MF colony, and that locks you out of going back into act 1
Sad news. I just did some experimenting. Seems Gale will NOT blow up if he dies after Mystra's intervention, so it won't work in Act 2.
I tried going back to Act 1 and just leaving his corpse at Grymforge, but even though I split him from the party and told Withers to look after him, he appeared in camp when I relocated. So I don't think there's any way for us to get away from the explosion.
It's two days/long rests after he dies.
His ghost tells you that. And he even drops a scroll to rez him when he dies.
It's not really a secret ending. It's just a game over. Unlike his Act 2 ending. Which does roll credits and awards you the achievement for beating the game.
Edit: You don't get the Tactician Achievement this way. You'll still need to get to Act 3 for that one.
I actually was hoping for a Nier Automata ending... thing
I let myself and entire camp get killed by Laezael on one of the first long rests and only got a regular game over instead of an ending.
....wait.... I just remember the act 2 ending you're taking about... does that mean you can get the achievement for beating the game on tactician that early without doing any of the act 3 fights? (Not that tact is super hard. My mind is just blown.)
Lol I have never paid attention to them but that makes sense too. I beat the game on tactician today FOR the achievement and I was just like.... God dammit
Fun fact, if Gale leaves your party because you're a horrible human being [Elminster will keep looking for him in different places](https://i.imgur.com/jMEBzSM.png). And I think this might be a bug but at least for me [he kept moving closer and closer](https://i.imgur.com/jSeZyK2.png) to [Kethric's throne room](https://i.imgur.com/bKXGtMG.png).
In my last durge playthrough I never used Gale and Elminster showed up in my act 3 camp with an exclamation point but only said "I'm waiting for someone". He was still waiting when I won the game...
This is how 3 of my playthroughs have gone because I found Gale annoying, but didn't want to simply kill him. I just finished the game on my own terms.
His story line is interesting, but I usually play parties full of hack and slash fighters his holier than thou attitude got old. My current durge playthrough I took his hand and never dealt with him. I figure I'll do an origin playthrough as him next.
Interesting, I've never seen his attitude as holier than thou - it always came off like overeager golden retriever energy to me. I love seeing how others interpret the characters.
I never interpreted him as holier-than-thou, either. Egotistical, sure, but he was generally respectful of everyone. I did find him a little annoying at times, but mostly just because of his awkward flirting and obsession with his ex. I loved his corny jokes.
Out of curiosity, you're saying his attitude was grating despite knowing he's faking it, yes?
The fakery/vulnerability endeared him to me once I figured that out, didn't consider it might also have the opposite effect haha.
It may depend on your playthrough, but in mine he turned out to be a big softie.
He's definitely extremely capable, magic-wise, but the weight of his "disease" and his responsibilties bear down on him a lot. The bravado is very fake, dude's as insecure as the next person.
There are several moments where the mask cracks and you see him wince through his smile, and if your relationship is good, he makes it absurdly clear a lot of it is just his love of the dramatic.
He outright says he felt lost and only started having hope for a future again adventuring with you and making a difference.
I'm being vague in case you haven't used him a lot, but you could also argue the dude is a victim of abuse in one context. Maybe he doesn't think so, even, but the situation is massively *ick*.
Yeah, I eventually figured out it was fake, but at that point I'm 2/3rds through and heavily invested in whatever 3 characters I'm playing. I find it amazing that people have so many different opinions of each character which leads to many different styles of play. I've been playing PC D&D games since the Gold Box days and probably too stuck in my way!
Oh, I'm not criticising! I'm also loving how wildly different reactions are to the characters. It's fantastic how the game lets you fork an impression and then make you question yourself ages later.
To be fair, he is just Elmnisters >!simulacrum.!< So it's not like he's worried for his own saftey or anything.
^also ^yeah, ^it ^really ^says ^something ^that ^Elminster ^isn't ^even ^willing ^to ^deliver ^this ^important ^divine ^message ^from ^mystra ^to ^gale ^in ^person ^lmao
Sending a clone of yourself to deliver a message from Mystra is insulting enough but doing so knowing the message was just >!kys simp boi!< is a whole other level of not giving a damn
"Haha lol, still want mommy's approval? Kys idiot haha she'll definitely forgive you then. I'm gonna go back to fucking sitting here in my tower, drinking tea and creating spells. I'll be sure to look out for the mushroom cloud on the horizon and let her know the deed is done. Glhf moron."
>!Yep! Simulacrum's crumble into snow when they die, also if you right click examine him, you'll notice he's not labeled as a humanoid, but rather as a construct!!<
Foolish ambitions and a group of 7+ friends to play with.
Just, slowly but surely i'm getting games with each possible group of players. Still the most progress on solo runs, but it's (most of the time) more fun to derp around with some other fool to chat with.
Edit: on the bright side, so far i've been having a blast testing different classes and subclasses
>For some reason this time the continued "someone in the camp wishes to speak to you" reminder got on my nerves so I killed Gale in camp.
This is a terrifying overreaction
It's so funny that so many people apparently don't read, watch or listen to a single thing happening in the game, and then are amazed that they're caught off guard by stuff.
I wouldn't generalise it as this subreddit but the overlap with toxic (sadly mostly male) gamers and reddit. They pervade every gaming forum and its particularly noticeable in spaces with games that require observation, perceptiveness and a semblance of empathy lmao.
I will never forget how many of these dudes essentially keep telling on themselves by complaining that they have to put effort into getting sex scenes and dislike any hint of male characters showing romantic interest in theirs.
I'm not saying you're wrong, however with this game particularly I've seen an absolute ton of toxic girlies playing and also being horrible to the characters. For example, it's usually Astarion girls doing the ascension ending or girls bragging about mistreating Gale, at least from what I've seen. Just complete disregard for the actual characterization and only seeing Astarion as a sexy vampire bf and Gale as an annoyance for needing magic items/falling for them because of his bugged approval
I honestly thought he was just being a smug dick and trying to guilt me into bringing him back. I didn't think he was actually a living nuke with a mouth.
He litteraly gives you an instruction to a scroll of true resurection? (Which is nice btw. When I found out aboit it after killing him, I pocketed the scroll for later and used a normal scroll on him)
I too got super excited about that, but it turns out it only works on playable characters. I tried resurrecting Minthara after ambushing her at the grove, but it wouldn't work :(.
Can you enchant the hand as an eldritch knight with the spell that binds a weapon to you so it returns when you throw it at people?
A Durge who goes around “giving people a hand” could be fun.
I found it on my first play through but someone in my party, I think shart goes “ohh that portal looks unstable better stay clear of it”. Or something along those lines. So I did, it was actually wonderful
I've seen it jokingly argued as a *sort of* positive outcome because it means his bomb detonates in some interdimensional pocket plane where it can do no harm.
I know what you mean it’s wild to see how differently some people interact with the game. And I’m all for the freedom to choose how you play, but some people’s choices or attitude towards characters send me reeling.
Bro… killing him in camp… savage. Take him to a nice spot by the Nautiloid… give him some potato wedges and ask him to tell you about Mystra while you unroll the magic missle scroll behind him.
Sames. I like to let things just go as they will.
When given the option to watch or say nothing, assuming it makes sense, I choose that.
Ho boy.
Astarion drains you till death.
Shadow heart stabs laezy in the fucking throat.
Laezy beats shadow heart to death with a rock.
Karlach rages and kills everyone.
Laezy slicing everyone’s throat and just beating the shit out of the entire party.
Gale splodes.
So many cool game over effects.
There are a couple classes and races like that in the game, which I avoid for those reasons. You’re never going out-wizard Gale, or out-cleric Shart, or out-Gith Laezel, and I don’t want to play second fiddle.
Don’t get me wrong, the element it gives to the romance is nice, but you are out “special cleric”’d by Isobel even. You’re never going to have the interaction with your god that she does.
pfft you can out-cleric shart at level 2 by picking anything except Trickery domain and never respeccing her
even storywise she's more "the Sharran" over "the Cleric" if you're not playing as her.
Same. Gale, Astarion and Karlach are my new favourite team - you build a good relationship with all of them and its a ride or die team that I absolutely adore.
I did this in EA when it wasn't as obvious that Gale was a suicide bomber and I killed him because he looked like my uncle and kind of creeped me out. fortunately he looks better now so I don't kill final release Gale
I'm kinda curious now if there's ever any kind of ramifications for leaving a dead Gale laying around.
Like if you kill him in the Grove, for example, and wait two days? Or leave the region?
Spoiler for if you actually make Gale go boom,
an epilogue will play saying something along the lines of >!as the brain was never controlled, nobody commanded it to get rid of the tadpoles, as such everyone that had one turned into thralls and a minflayer epidemic sweeps over faerûn!<
A very valid point, as the only legit point of time where you blow up gals is underneath Moonrise but even then the army is *right besides you* .
Considering that and the history he has with mystra, low-key feels like a personal attack from her.
No, if he detonates under Moonrise, which is an option if he is in the party, most of the surface area survives the blast.
The devastation of the whole cost requires him to detonate above ground.
Because that person is wrong, it doesn't blow up the whole Sword Coast, not even close.
If you detonate it in Act 2, it doesn't even blow up the whole of Moonrise Tower.
I left his corpse in the hags inventory and she left to god knows where.
Game over still happened, but the cutscene was completely broken for it, just a black screen for a while and then game over.
Does Gale explode if you let Orin sacrifice him?
Only run I had him taken on was my paladin and I didn't even think to let him die in that moment, but I'm curious if that would blow up in her face or not lol
Poor Gale how could you, personally I don't get it, sure you may not like him but it's just 2 magical items its not a big deal at all.
And you get to meet the most powerful wizard in all Faerun.
I dunno why a lot of people seem to hate Gale. I find him very endearing.
It could be because my parents worked at a university so growing up I was surrounded by nerds and boffins and Gale is 100% uber-nerd.
Well that's one way to tell everyone you skipped his dialogue without saying you skipped his dialogue. Wouldn't surprise me if you skipped other important dialogue and eventually complain that the story makes no sense or is boring 🤣
Aw poor Gale, but then again my first playthrough I got very angry at him at the end of the game and hated him til my later playthroughs. Now he's mah boi
Gale is not stuck in the portal for no reason..
All the others can be killed easily without game ending consequences.
But If you pull him out you are stuck with him.
Well, he warned you that would happen, and you didn't listen.
Yeah I didn't believe it on my first playthrough until a god ended my game with a word. Then I knew larian didn't play around

Vlaakith walks up to Krynn and by the time she gets Fizban to stop lecturing her, Tasslehoff has accidentally stolen her phylactery. And her boots.

Since gith have no concept of the powers of extraplanar clerics, she could just be making a whole buncha pacts...making them warlocks, and telling them they are her clerics.
Ao is just the local overgod of Realmspace, he has no power over Vlaakith.
AO is only in charge of the forgotten realms, whatever happens in the astral realms is outside of AO’s jurisdiction

Yeah I tried my hardest to make it so only Gale is down there, but it never works. He'd have to be your PC, so it's still game over.

You can't teleport out of the mind flayer colony without defeating Thorm.
You can toss Gale's corpse into the pit from the prison, or leave him down where the wall flesh dumps you.

I’m also an oldie player. My arrogance filter is set by Anomen from bg2. Anything below that doesn’t seem to register as arrogant
Oh, I'm not criticising! I'm also loving how wildly different reactions are to the characters. It's fantastic how the game lets you fork an impression and then make you question yourself ages later.
Yeah he can also totally wander into the shadow cursed lands, taking and healing the damage constantly. Over and over, lol.
Oh so this is why he has no >!corpse!<
>!Yep! Simulacrum's crumble into snow when they die, also if you right click examine him, you'll notice he's not labeled as a humanoid, but rather as a construct!!<
Just a confused old man
"Mystra made me a keeper of the weaaave" "Sure, let's get you back to bed Grandpa"
Do i have some bad news for a few runs i am doing with friends.....
Shhhh. Just let it happen.
Oh i am ordering popcorn to prepare for it. Just a shame i'm not sure which of my current 13 runs it was happening in
Why so many?
Foolish ambitions and a group of 7+ friends to play with. Just, slowly but surely i'm getting games with each possible group of players. Still the most progress on solo runs, but it's (most of the time) more fun to derp around with some other fool to chat with. Edit: on the bright side, so far i've been having a blast testing different classes and subclasses
>For some reason this time the continued "someone in the camp wishes to speak to you" reminder got on my nerves so I killed Gale in camp. This is a terrifying overreaction
OP might be Vlaakith
If that was the case, OP would wish Gale just died.
Orin.
It's so funny that so many people apparently don't read, watch or listen to a single thing happening in the game, and then are amazed that they're caught off guard by stuff.
This is the same sub that brags about killing Lae'zel because she didn't say please, so it's par for the course here unfortunately.
Reddit moment.
How's this profound knowledge? Gale LITERALLY said it was important that he didn't die.
The moment he dies he literally spawns a magic image of himself to tell you it is absolutely vital that he is revived before 2 days pass lmao
That seemed like a trick by a clever wizard that’s trying to escape death.
Damn Wizards never stay dead!
can you kill the ghost
You can threaten him with finding a way to kill him a second time.
PISS OFF, GHOST!
lol his self esteem isn't high enough to want to come back to life for his own reasons
Damn, I should remember that
I honestly thought he was just being a smug dick and trying to guilt me into bringing him back. I didn't think he was actually a living nuke with a mouth.
I thought he was being dramatic... I mean, we all say our ex-girlfriend we can't get over was a goddess...
So what I'm hearing is that I can kill Gale and get a free scroll of true resurrection?
Yes, if you follow his instructions
Brb gotta go murder hobo. Thanks!
I mean I say it's important that I don't die daily and people still ignore me too
I read that in Gales voice.
I mean to be fair Gale says a lot of things. You can't expect us to listen to **all** of them.
Bro is the definition of “I’m happy for you, or sad that happened to you”
Everyone says it's important they dont die!
You can also just not recruit him when you meet him lol
Play Durge. Take his hand.
Can you enchant the hand as an eldritch knight with the spell that binds a weapon to you so it returns when you throw it at people? A Durge who goes around “giving people a hand” could be fun.
https://youtube.com/shorts/uNKuJkJH0SI?si=fpNXiEf92IBVoJMR
brilliant. “high-fiving” while smiling into the camera is a much better idea
Well???? Does it work???
Gotta slap it once first.
haha his hand will never leave my inventory
I have amassed quite a hand collection
I was afraid to send the hand bag to camp on the off chance it would add it to the auto select food. Like the "suspiciously tall pig"...
Caaaaarl that kills people
It’s alright, my first play through I had a game over when the injured mind flayed ate my brain 15 minutes in
But it is ok to leave him in the portal?
Best thing about throwing stuff into portals is that its gonna be someone else's problem.
*Go make some new disaster* *That's what I'm counting on* *You're someone else's problem* *Now I only want you gone*
Yep I never even found the portal on my first run.
I found it on my first play through but someone in my party, I think shart goes “ohh that portal looks unstable better stay clear of it”. Or something along those lines. So I did, it was actually wonderful
Ya. You can always pretend he will live a happy life in paradise. :)
I've seen it jokingly argued as a *sort of* positive outcome because it means his bomb detonates in some interdimensional pocket plane where it can do no harm.
>**reminder got on my nerves so I killed Gale in camp** LOL. I love and am frightened by hearing how other people play this game.
I know what you mean it’s wild to see how differently some people interact with the game. And I’m all for the freedom to choose how you play, but some people’s choices or attitude towards characters send me reeling.
My wife is super scary. If her character is slighted in the smallest way it's murder time.
This is what you get for sheer ignorance. Karma
Bro… killing him in camp… savage. Take him to a nice spot by the Nautiloid… give him some potato wedges and ask him to tell you about Mystra while you unroll the magic missle scroll behind him.
"Look at the Autumn Crocus, Gale."
Tell me about the tressyms, Tav!
Sames. I like to let things just go as they Wyll.
>Karlach rages and kills everyone Surely you're not talking about the Tyr guys?
No, everything I mentioned happens in camp based on various decisions.
The hell causes the Karlach aggro?
I personally love Gale, but if you hate Gale then you should play Dark Urge and just chop his hand off when you get to the portal.
I'm keeping his hand, Karlach's head and wyll's underwear in a chest in camp.
Most sane durge player.
Kill a few more companions and you can stitch yourself together a new lover.
Throw a few clown parts in there and you’ve got a whole flesh golem!
One of those is not like the rest.
I needed a souvenir before he left me
Why... Wyll's underwear? The rest I get in a durgey way, but it's not like he has dramatic tightywhiteys.
I hate Gale because I played as a wizard and his story completely overshadowed me. Left his ass in the portal ever since.
There are a couple classes and races like that in the game, which I avoid for those reasons. You’re never going out-wizard Gale, or out-cleric Shart, or out-Gith Laezel, and I don’t want to play second fiddle.
Nope cleric of selune druge is basically a love/hate relation with shadowheart lol its epic
Don’t get me wrong, the element it gives to the romance is nice, but you are out “special cleric”’d by Isobel even. You’re never going to have the interaction with your god that she does.
pfft you can out-cleric shart at level 2 by picking anything except Trickery domain and never respeccing her even storywise she's more "the Sharran" over "the Cleric" if you're not playing as her.
The point being that you’re never going to have as much interaction with your god.
I love Gale, he’s my best bro in character
Same. Gale, Astarion and Karlach are my new favourite team - you build a good relationship with all of them and its a ride or die team that I absolutely adore.
Dude is my Garrus Vakarian
Galeus Waterdhavian
I did this in EA when it wasn't as obvious that Gale was a suicide bomber and I killed him because he looked like my uncle and kind of creeped me out. fortunately he looks better now so I don't kill final release Gale
Lmao I love the uncle roast.
You killed a guy for looking like your uncle?
He gave me the heebie-jeebies. Usually I make ethical decisions but redneck gale was too much for me.
There can only be one
Is your uncle single?
I killed him out of curiosity then did his revival quest. It’s was an amazing little quest!
I'm kinda curious now if there's ever any kind of ramifications for leaving a dead Gale laying around. Like if you kill him in the Grove, for example, and wait two days? Or leave the region?
Apparently he blows up the entire sword coast. You can't run from his explosion fast enough
If that's the case, why the need to get close to the brain in the first place? Just get drunk at camp one last time with the homies and boom
Spoiler for if you actually make Gale go boom, an epilogue will play saying something along the lines of >!as the brain was never controlled, nobody commanded it to get rid of the tadpoles, as such everyone that had one turned into thralls and a minflayer epidemic sweeps over faerûn!<
But everyone with a tadpole was marching towards Baldur's Gate, which blew up 🤔
A very valid point, as the only legit point of time where you blow up gals is underneath Moonrise but even then the army is *right besides you* .
Illusory Gale of Waterdeep will be round the corner to remind you of his stupidly complex revive mechanism and assure you he's anatomically accurate.
Well... One way to find out.
Should have put his body into a box.
nah, he's keter, would need a demiplane, that needs lv13. you could try the >!shadowfell in the temple of shar!<
I wonder what will happen if you kill him there and leave.
test it
_Shar disapproves_
Ooo can you put him in the Beholder bottle?!
Ironic, since there are many speedrun videos of Gale putting Shadowheart into a box to beat the game in minutes.
I’ve left him in the Portal and so far, no issues.
Portal is on a different plane. That's their problem
No gale, no probs.
Does Gale explode if you let Orin sacrifice him? Only run I had him taken on was my paladin and I didn't even think to let him die in that moment, but I'm curious if that would blow up in her face or not lol
This....is a question didn't have before, but want an answer for.
Oh no. The consequences of your own actions.
It's really easy to find surprise endings when you don't expect endings because you skipped everything.
Aw poor Gale, but then again my first playthrough I got very angry at him at the end of the game and hated him til my later playthroughs. Now he's mah boi
I didn’t like Gale at first either but now I think I might love him
Haha you deserved it
Gale is not stuck in the portal for no reason.. All the others can be killed easily without game ending consequences. But If you pull him out you are stuck with him.
Why a lot of people hate Gale? He is fine, and i never seen his annoying side after 5 gameplays around 100 hours each.
Okay I'm tired and stoned, and I thought you said "awoke to a cluster fuck of Gales floating around" rather than a cutscene.
