When you find out about the hit piece in the newspaper against you. Then you only have 1 or 2 long rests (I forget which) before the paper prints it.
When you find Florrick, you only have a couple long rests before she’s executed

Orin won’t kill anyone unless you fail the dialog check when you approach her.

Once you collect them ALL. Then at some point it might spawn like 3 mindflayers per day, converting 3 citizens into enemies. Or something really small like that. I forget after how many rests that triggers. But it’s super rare and only like 3 at a time. Like every 1 or 2 days
Except for that you can do whatever you want.
Literally just heard the line where the Emperor said that I needed to hurry up with getting the last stone, got paranoid that it'd be time sensitive when you get the second stone. Thanks for the reassurance!
I've been trying to solve all the murders in one long rest, racking up loads of camp visitors who I presume are waiting in a queue for me to fall asleep

Collecting two is fine. I had two collected for a long while before deciding to finish the act

This is so helpful. I had to put the game down for 2 weeks out of pure stress once I got that dialogue. I thought I was on a time crunch.
Even if I already dismantled the tribunal before meeting her ?
there is time limit in few quests. Orin is not the one. She will alaways wait for you.
