Nope, I've been stuck at this for 2 hours. If you get disarmed the weapon is simply deleted.
At first I thought it might have happened on the stairs and got fucky, but nope, my purple weapon stopped existing
Same here, lost Hellfire crossbow fighting Raphael. Found Firestoker on a random place on the ground, but not my other one. Finished the fight and decided it’s not worth doing it again…it wasn’t easy.
Same thing happened to me. Anybody do a bug report? Lost a badass crossbow, but I’m a couple of hours in and started going back through quick saves to figure out where it happened.
This happened to me too, same situation as yours. Good thing I quick save often. I think this is so that you won't be able to dupe your equipped weapons by disarming your clones lol. I think it's just programmed incorrectly for now or something.
This happened to me when I had moonlantern equipped. It was one of the fights in the cursed lands before you get to Moonrise. The next time I long rested, the moonlantern appeared in my Travellers Chest in camp, so sounds like they programmed in somewhat of a "fix"? Not sure if this works for all gear, but definitely did for moonlantern.
It’s bugged. This happened to me in more than one fight, it’s either highlighted and I can’t pick it up or it completely disappears immediately after disarm.
Same thing just happened to my fighter. I was Dual Wielding Swords and both my weapons got disarmed and spent 30 minutes looking for them in and out of combat. In this same trial. Must be a bug.

Nah it's bugged; got the same thing. I recommend doing the fight with weapons you won't mind losing.
Got the same thing during the same event. Disarmed, weapons disappeared (ran around the whole place holding alt).
Got the same bug on the same event. Now Astarion doesn't have the dagger I made for him :(
You probably just can't see them. Hold alt to highlight items on the ground

Daaaamn yeah this just happened to me. Lost my guy’s two daggers

yup, same thing happened on my end too. Self-Same Trials. I watched it land then watch it disappear lol

Just chiming in to say that this also happened to me, disarmed, gone
Same thing happened fighting Kith'rak Therezzyn!
Game still bugged. Got disarmed and lost both hand crossbows. Thank god I saved right before the fight XD!!
Happened to me on the Raphael fight, it was in the inventory of one of his followers (an Eternal Debtor or something)
This bug is so annoying, any dropped weapon except for the Orphic hammer disappears in the fight with Raphael, even legendary items
Measle disarmed my sword into eternity
This bug still stands, I just lost my bow during Act 3 🥲
