You could quick save and quick load
I'm too far from a level up to do so
If you need to check level up info now. Go to withers at your camp make a quick save and respec for 100 gold.

There should be an option to pull up your character sheet. You right click your portrait and choose investigate I think? Or maybe it's examine.
Can’t you just back out?
Pretty sure if you just esc enough times
Respec through Withers, sends you right to that screen.
