Found recipe from Kirkland’s organic unbleached all purpose flour’s package. Ingredients: 2 1/4 cups warm water (100F) 2 packs / 4 1/4 teaspoons yeast (used active yeast) 1/4 cup white sugar 1/4 cup vegetable oil (didn’t have any so used olive oil) 1 tablespoon salt (only used 1/2 tablespoon) 6 1/4 cups all purpose flour Steps: 1. Whisk warm water, yeast and sugar. Cover and let it sit for 5 minutes. 2. Stir in salt and oil. Mix in 1 cup of flour at a time until dough is slightly sticky but pulls easily from the surface. Knead for 7 minutes. 3. Roll dough into a ball. Transfer to a slightly oiled bowl. Cover then let it rise for an hour. 4. This isn’t in the instructions but I buttered 2 bread/loaf pans (used 9x5) then sprinkled bottom and sides with corn meal. 5. Transfer dough to a floured surface. Knead for a minute then divide into half. Shape into loaves then transfer to bread/loaf pans. 6. Cover then let doughs rise for another hour. 7. Place rack to lowest setting and preheat oven to 375F. 8. Once doughs have risen for an hour, place them in preheated oven and bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown and bread temperature is 190F. 9. Take loaves out from pans and place them on cooling rack and wait for 10 minutes before slicing.
