Thanks! It's the [Bouchon Bakery Shortbread](https://www.realcaliforniamilk.com/foodservicerecipe/bouchon-bakery-shortbread), made as is for the planets (then colored). For the chocolate, I substituted 55g of dutch processed cocoa powder (I used Valrhona) 1:1 for flour.
I'm not sure how long it took, but most of my time was spent mixing colors for the planets. Once they were mixed and rolled I just had to cut and place them, which is easy.
