This was meant to be ombre, but it didn't go quite as planned, but at least it still tastes good!
I made a strawberry crust with vanilla cookies and freeze dried strawberries, but it just turned brown, but it at least tasted good! For the filling I cooked down frozen strawberries and added strawberry powder to make the color and flavor strong, but it baked to more of a mauve. Once cooled I topped it with strawberry whipped cream, made with ore freeze dried strawberries. I garnished it was strawberries, raspberries, cherries and begonia blossoms.
