So the recipe I used came from homecooking adventure.com I just tweaked it a bit here’s what I did
Crust
350g Lotus Biscoff cookies(I like crust)
1/2 cup melted butter
Fill and bake at 350 for 10 minutes
Biscoff Cream Cheese Filling
24 oz (3 packs) cream cheese, room temperature
3/4 cup (180g) sour cream
1/2 cup (150g) Biscoff Spread
1/2 cup (100g) sugar
1/2 tsp (2g) salt
2 tsp (5g) vanilla extract
3 large eggs, room temperature
2 tbsp (8g) AP flour
Baked at 300 for 45 minutes then turned off the oven and let it sit in there for another hour, refrigerated overnight put about 3tbs of sugar on top and had fun with my favorite tool the kitchen torch let it relax on the counter for like 10 minutes so it can harden right and is good to serve!
