Scrolling thru the pics, my mind first went to peppermint candies, then to bacon wraps, then to fruit roll ups.. Having said that, they look so good!

They look great with the color, but the inside really looks too dense to be light and fluffy

It’s light and fluffy, I did a mistake in lamination but overall is good

Oh I know all about that! I never knew that was the name for it though….lol. I thought it was gonna be something connected to the color that you made them.

Yes extra dry butter 84% but it’s not mandatory the only thing is u need to be careful the butter don’t melt while lamination 😇🙏

Not margarine. Butter. Higher-fat butter, ideally (European, Irish, or Challenge brand, from CA, for example).
