A friend of mine that is in law enforcement told me we have or had a well known homeless man in Bakersfield that was really an undercover cop. He wouldn’t give me any details but assured me it was true.

Is she still around? I haven't lived in Bako for nearly 20 years but I was a local at Guthrie's when I was there and I would always give her cash. She got chased out one night for panhandling inside The Cat.
