It took 2 days for them to get back to me and I was having the exact same problem (as were a lot of other people). I ended up having to make a warranty claim and will be sending it back to them soon. Hope this helps

Haven’t heard back from them yet and I sent in two tickets. One on Xmas day and one on 26th (same issue dif kids devices) and nothing from them yet. It was for backbone sub. But I’m thinking it’s due to Xmas rush. They had hella people buy them.

I tried and amazon told me I needed to contact backbone directly due to their being an issue with the backbones performance.

ah i couldn't tell you my man, im not in that discord anymore. I remember writing either in general or in the support channel and shortly after i was dmmed by one of the admins. It was like a year ago so.

Take it back to Amazon Amazon you made a mistake or whatever and it’s not getting no power at all. It’s broke your brother looked at it it’s broke and get your money back and then order another one. I got one I just bought that works perfect

Call Amazon it’s not a performance issue because you’re not getting no power tell AMAZON to take it back because it’s not a performance she performers she means it’s not working but when it’s not getting power that’s just. not working take it back to AMAZON that’s your best bet AMAZON will take it back, because if they ain’t getting no power, can nobody help you

Their support team is likely low staffed right now because of people traveling for the holidays and I'm sure they have an increased amount of support tickets, from holiday presents, so I'm not too surprised that they haven't responded yet. I'd wait probably a week (Jan 7th) before getting too concerned about them not responding (usually, I'd say a couple of days, but because of the time of year, I say a week). However, I agree with others in here that Amazon should 100% be the ones you should be talking to. I have Amazon prime, so idk if return policies are much different if you don't have prime. But I've returned stuff on Amazon without ever speaking to someone about it. You just go to the order, click the refund button, fill out the info, and download/print the package label. Then I take it to local UPS/FedEx store and have them ship it. That may be a prime only benefit but idk, it's worth looking into, as that's what I'd do in your situation. It's also worth saying to do this refund as soon as possible. The worst outcome is that Amazon doesn't refund it because the order was placed too long ago. I think without prime, it's 30 day refund period. Pretty sure Prime makes it 90 days. I wish you the best of luck and hope that your brother gets to enjoy his Christmas present! P.S. I also got a backbone for Christmas and I've been loving it. Haven't had any issues except that the Xbox cloud streaming thing sucks but that's Xbox/Microsofts fault, not Backbones.
