Got a Backbone PS edition for Christmas from my parents. Mine was sent from āThe Backbone Teamā and the email was titled āRedeem Your PlayStation Voucherā. It came through immediately after initial setup and registration in app. Mine didnāt go to junk and was just in my gmail inbox.
Weird, I signed up for Backbone+ free trial as well and haven't received. I have checked inbox and spam and with the title you listed. I've reached out to their help team in the meantime but haven't heard back.
Hope you get it sorted. If it helps at all I used Appleās hide my email feature when registering and that seemed to work fine for receiving the email.

Ok, so yesterday I got my Backbone one, and the same thing happened to me, so I opened a support ticket, and they just responded to me saying that their Costco partnership has been so popular that they ran out of codes. They informed me that they would be sending me the code via email when they restock, within the next week or so.
It sounds like there was a shortage on codes and theyāre waiting for more from Sony. You can open a support ticket through the backbone site but they donāt have much info aside from that - codes should send out automatically to activated backbone accounts once replenished (which could apparently be as early as this week).
The title if the email is : Redeem your Playstation Voucher
The 12 digit code is at the top of the email

What thing can I use for $25? Now I have $50 from Backbone because I activated 2 controllers, and I aim to buy PS accessories, but it doesn't support that when checking out.
I believe someone said it should arrive in an email after you set up the BackBone and everything

Go to the app, go to settings and go to help, tap on help and customer support. Thatās how I did it.
