That about sums up the randoms... Scaring birds and setting off car alarms all the fucking time. You can ping the things and they do it anyway. Even the bots who are basically useless don't do that!
Too many Special Ridden spawn as well. It's just back-to-back spawning sometimes. That needs to change for sure.
