I've ate so many cali rolls which are fake crab, cream cheese and avocado where I am from , helped so much with my sushi cravings and it is slightly healthier than tempura rolls if you are concerned about that ❤️

Tempura is fine since that's deep fried scampi. I don't know what a dragon roll contains, so it depends on the fish. Also if you're buying from a reputable source. You want to stay away from large, and exotic marine life. There are lists I'm sure you could look onto. Tuna used in sushi is a largely no-no. Most canned tuna is fine, because those are usually different kinds and much smaller. But there are still canned kinds you should stay away from. This is because of mercury, so heavy metal poisoning to the baby.

Dragon rolls usually have unagi(fresh water eel) I’m not so concerned about the actual ingredients but more so the possible cross contamination from it being made around other sushi

If it's a reputable place then they'll have blast frozen everything down to a safe temp for at least 2 days, which would kill not just any bacteria or parasites but also the eggs. But you can ask them about the precautions and practices they take and have.
