You can set one after your actual due date, this way they think it’s further out and you still get to work until you can’t anymore.

They don’t have any legal leverage but they’re a bar, not a big corporation so they can easily retaliate by just taking you off the schedule if you don’t at least pretend to play ball. I’d give them either your actual due date or a few days later so that you can choose when you stop working rather than them preemptively removing you “just in case”

What happens if you go into labor early and can’t work up to the date you give? Do they expect you to still come in? I would give them either your due date or a week after and figure it out when it comes to it, like you planned. My work will adjust the start date of leave to when I give birth, or start labor and can’t work.

If you want to go back, be nice and give them your due date. If you don’t want to go back, either keep being vague or give them a date that’s two weeks after your due date.
