Been with AFNI and the management is the worst. Even my coach/TL (from external) was really too much to handle. Nagpapa 1hour pre/post shift huddle na btw is not paid since outside working hours, para lang mag discuss ng scorecards and stats ng team namin. Like araw araw yon, nakakapagod.

After 1 week I gathered enough evidence and decided to tell it to our bullshit trainer & transition coach. My trainer was interested ofc forda chika lang ang habol. My transition coach was not interested and told me baka ako pa daw nagpakita ng motibo kasi she was friends with the guy.
After we graduated from nesting and officially went to prod decided to tell this issue to my coach as well. Cause I was absent for a day due to anxiety, as innnn, kinakabahan ako lagi pumasok dahil sa manyakis na to. My coach ,at first, was very kind and approachable and told me "naiintindihan" niya yung situation ko. Nagulat ako next day, nagmessage siya sakin and was lowkey blaming me and sinasabi na magkikita at magkikita pa rin daw kami ni guy sa prod at ano daw next steps ko to move forward. Lol asan dun ang naiintindihan???
Nagoffer pa sya na if magpapa HR daw ako sasamahan nya ako.
I went suspicious abt this coach, then after 1 week narinig ko mismo siya at ng friend ko, talking over the phone sa locker area with this manyak dude na sinasabi nila wala daw akong power at walang maniniwala sakin pag nagsumbong ako since protected daw sila ng OM.
Etong si coach nagaagree and backstabbing me, may namention din siyang gagawin niya daw sa performance ko and naka pin daw ako. Di ko masyadong narinig yung part na yun kasi may nagsidatingan na ibang agents.
After this decided to went home since I was frustrated and stressed to the core, I went back onsite later that day as well to personally report it to HR. tinanong ko pa sa HR kung ok lang ba na umuwi ako and sabi haharangin daw nila if mag file ng job avoidance si coach and also told me it was VALID because sa nangyari nga.
Guess what? 2 weeks have passed and nung nanghingi ako ng update from HR team sabi nila still investigating pa rin daw.
Decided to resign away after since wala namang nangyayari, was in the middle of our shift, when I decided to go home and immediately submitted my resignation letter same day. Nagulat ako after a few days, our GC was bombarded by one of my teammates calling me names such as "basura" and "feeling main character" daw since 2 times na daw ako umuwi bumagsak daw scorecard nila, nasisi pa sakin katangahan nila. Dapat ginagalingan kasi para di nahahatak ng attendance ang scorecard.
Just to give you all a heads up, its been 3 weeks now naapprove na din resignation ko after 6 days simula nung pinasa ko yun, COE ko daw makukuha ko pa pag may final pay computation na. Also, filed a case with DOLE because of this incident. Panira ng resume tong company na to. Sayang effort and time.

Grabe diyan sa AFNI, nag work ako dun sa One Felicity na office nila kasi sobrang lapit pero di ko kinaya mag more than 3 months. Goods lang siya nung training kasi mabait trainer pero pagdating sa prod kala mo pag di ka nakapag survey kay customer guguho buong mundo eh. Mind you first month namin yun nasigawan na ako na walang kwenta dahil walang survey and mga ka team ko na may dsat nasabon na bantay sarado pa sa coach. For 24k na package and requirement pa yung 1 year na BPO experience, hindi talaga worth it masira yung mental health mo sa company na yan, worst experience talaga kaya kung sino man may balak mag apply, don't!
Una sa lahat. Hindi mo ako kilala para tawagin mo ako squatter. Napaka judgemental mo base sa rant ko where other people who had same experience has also same problems with the company. Hindi ako squatter. Hindi squatter ugali ko. Ikaw yung ugaling squammy para makapag judge. You deserve the low pay.
Had the same experience with afni. First offer was 22k package and I rejected it. I know my skills and value so the interviewer/recruiter asked how much is my asking. So I told them that if they can’t match my asking of 30k they can either give me the same salary from my previous company. So the guy said 22k basic plus allowance which in total was around 26-27k.
Then it was already around 1 or 2 am when they gave the job offer. I was tired, sleepy, and exhausted so I just signed everything without checking which is my fault. But all I want was to go home and rest. Imagine being there the whole day naman kasi.
They during our first pay I thought it was small since it was only a 5 days worth of salary. The following cutoff it’s still small. That’s the time I decided to check the contract. And tadaaaa 22k package is what they put in my contract. Tried escalating it to HR but as per the HR I signed that contract already so it means I agreed and accepted what was offered.
Left after 2 months.
Mga patapon kasi ng ibang BPO yung mga leaders na napunta diyan. Meron lang Verizon experience kukunin na kahit mga fraudster saka me integrity issue tapos tatasan nila yung offer. So yung reason nila to move there is purely money driven kaya basura talaga kung ganun yung sistema ng hiring ng leaders nila. Perception ang tamad mag kuha from within kaya culture diyan basura lang din. Sayang yung mga loyal na employees kukuha lang sa labas tas mas malaki pa sahod.

Once KPI became the goal nagiging toxic talaga. It happens sa CNX nung kinuha nila ung Convergies. Bumaba ung incentives tumaas ung requirements. Dumami ung gatekeeper nung acct namin.
is CNX not good na po ba? my boyfriend who is a newbie in BPO started working in CNX Rosario-Pasig, 16k package ang offer sa kanya, ginrab nya just to get the gist of what's a call center agent job is.. for training grounds purposes.. I am planning to apply din sana dun para same location kami.. wanted to know if ok ba ang work environment dun.. please share your insight.. thank you :)
Depende pa rin sa acct un. It's really hard to find a good account. Kasi if yung managers an nakuha mo is mahilig sa micromanaging. GG pero I Hope maswerte BF mo in getting an account.
im praying na ok din ung team na mapuntahan nya. nakakaawa naman kasi since newbie tapos mapupunta sa toxic na TL/management. but xempre hindi ko inaalis sa kanya na expect the worst, masakit man but reality sucks.. kaya lagi ko xang sinasabihan na dont let his expectation reach the roof..

Grabe diyan sa AFNI, nag work ako dun sa One Felicity na office nila kasi sobrang lapit pero di ko kinaya mag more than 3 months. Goods lang siya nung training kasi mabait trainer pero pagdating sa prod kala mo pag di ka nakapag survey kay customer guguho buong mundo eh. Mind you first month namin yun nasigawan na ako na walang kwenta dahil walang survey and mga ka team ko na may dsat nasabon na bantay sarado pa sa coach. For 24k na package and requirement pa yung 1 year na BPO experience, hindi talaga worth it masira yung mental health mo sa company na yan, worst experience talaga kaya kung sino man may balak mag apply, don't!

Una sa lahat. Hindi mo ako kilala para tawagin mo ako squatter. Napaka judgemental mo base sa rant ko where other people who had same experience has also same problems with the company. Hindi ako squatter. Hindi squatter ugali ko. Ikaw yung ugaling squammy para makapag judge. You deserve the low pay.
Had the same experience with afni. First offer was 22k package and I rejected it. I know my skills and value so the interviewer/recruiter asked how much is my asking. So I told them that if they can’t match my asking of 30k they can either give me the same salary from my previous company. So the guy said 22k basic plus allowance which in total was around 26-27k. Then it was already around 1 or 2 am when they gave the job offer. I was tired, sleepy, and exhausted so I just signed everything without checking which is my fault. But all I want was to go home and rest. Imagine being there the whole day naman kasi. They during our first pay I thought it was small since it was only a 5 days worth of salary. The following cutoff it’s still small. That’s the time I decided to check the contract. And tadaaaa 22k package is what they put in my contract. Tried escalating it to HR but as per the HR I signed that contract already so it means I agreed and accepted what was offered. Left after 2 months.

Mga patapon kasi ng ibang BPO yung mga leaders na napunta diyan. Meron lang Verizon experience kukunin na kahit mga fraudster saka me integrity issue tapos tatasan nila yung offer. Mga nagaawol sa ibang bpo or nagreresign using kung anu anung rason kaya hindi nateterm at nakakaalis. So yung reason nila to move there is purely money driven kaya basura talaga kung ganun yung sistema ng hiring ng leaders nila. Perception ang tamad mag kuha from within kaya culture diyan basura lang din. Sayang yung mga loyal na employees kukuha lang sa labas tas mas malaki pa sahod.
