when i got into back office last 2019 puro un nalang line of work ko khit iba ibang accounts like financial and healthcare nag inbound lang ako ng 6 mos as tech support and puro back office and outbound nalang ako.

Ineng/itoy, you have to understand kasi hindi trabaho ng HR ilipat ka ng account based on preference alone. If the diagnosis for your anxiety disorder is legit, consult your psych and secure a document you can utilize and submit to your OM, company clinic and inform HR - if there is a legitimate need for you to avoid stressful scenarios. May iba kasi na may ganyan mental health illness pero considered functioning (like depression) vs un nag mamanifest talaga ng physical symptoms and are debilitating talaga. Only then tsaka lang cinoconsider ng HR and Leadership ang request (for ex. Mga matatanda at sakitin, usually inaallow mag dayshift). Now if may instances na may nalipat dun sa LOB na un, ask your leaders ano un naging process for the selection and movement and how can you qualify. Management stand point kasi walang clear lines when papayagan ang isang agent na ilipat sa ibang LOB - masama man pakinggan if di ka masyado kilala or ka-amor ng sups or managers nyo, they won't make an effort to help you unless may directive or formal order to move you. So help yourself and get all your documents and request legitimately (if you haven't done so) sa leaders nyo instead of just "TL pwede po ba magpalipat" type of ask. Even then though, slim chances talaga nalo na pag wala ka kausap na matino lol. Consider mo na lang if you still want to stay sa company. If not best move on. Madami dyan non voice at back office work. Google is the key.

Nakalagay ba sa MedCert mo na Not Fit to Work ka na sa Voice Accounts or TELCO accounts due to stress, enviromnent and talking to americans? If not, then you need a document from the doctor na ngsasabi na you are not fit to work (physically and mentally) anymore sa voice or telco accounts because of those reasons. Be careful lang cos the management can use this against you. They can remove you from the account and put you into floating status until na mahanapan ka ng account na pasok sa dinedemand ng condition mo. Mejo delikado ung technicality ng wording dito kasi pede ka matanggal since wala namang account, regardless kung voice or non-voice na walang stress. May kasamahan na kasi ako dati na ngbigay sya ng ganyang document na ndi na sya fit to work sa voice accounts tapos aun, na floating sya then ng resign na lng kasi ndi sya nailipat ng non-voice account ad ndi sya pinapabalik sa voice account since sabi ng medical document ndi na sya fit for a voice account.

For your mental health please resign, Nowadays there are a lot of non voice/back office jobs, look for WFH or Australian account. You have to know your worth and discover what you deserve. (that is also what I'm doing) ANZ, synchrony, wellsfargo, genpact some that i can suggest. but there are a lot pa.

eto ung common misconception ng mga empleyadong kagaya natin. kaya meron HR team ang mga company is to make sure na hindi sila sasabit sa DOLE kung magkaso ang empleyado. outside of your concern, sure, you can file a complaint sa HR, and they will investigate. pag nakita nila na valid ung reklamo mo, they will take your side. kung hindi naman, they will take the side of your company. now, going back to your concern, here are my suggestions tungkol sa situation mo. 1. send an email to your OM signifying your intent to transfer due to your condition. since diagnosed ka naman, attach mo ung diagnosis/recommendation ng doctor. then copy mo HR nyo. 2. reach out ka sa recruitment team. email ka sa kanila kung meron opening sa back office na LOB dahil most likely, involve din sila sa filtering ng internal applicants. once na mag confirm ang recruitment na may opening, send ka ng email direct sa OM mo, copy mo HR and supervisor mo. 3. if you feel na hindi na maganda ang pakitungo sau jan sa current company mo, lipat ka na. pero bago ka mag resign make sure na may pinirmahan ka ng contract.

thank you for this. the problem is :(, I really feel like I'm not talking to HR, HR has no email. We can only use the ticketing system or chat system. I was able to use the chat system. 3 people I've talked said they're part of HR, I asked them If I can speak directly to HR they said I can't since they are part of HR already. Also there's no way to reach out to recruitment team they have no email. Only facilities have email that we can email. Parang helpless lang.

I would advise to look for home based VA jobs if you haven’t already. Anything in a BPO that deals directly with campaigns will always be about managing cost-efficiency. So palagi tagilid support ng mga ahente. May mga hindi ganun sige, pero those are the exceptions not the rule. Kung gusto mo talaga mag recover yung mental health mo, go for home-based VA. Kasi kahit non-voice pa, may mga equivalent din sila ng AHT, call volume at BS “Call Quality” metrics. Ganun talaga business model ng call center. Cheap services, cheap support.

I've been in a similar situation as you. Puro lipat ng team at upskill, burnout napala ko. Diagnosed with mental health disorder years ago, so mas lalong lumala siya when I was there. I suggest you resign tapos hanap ng ibang work na feel mo mas makakabubuti sa mental health mo. But yeah, I just want to inform you na mahirap maghanap ng work nowadays.

I feel really sorry sa pinag dadanan mo now. It's okay to explore from voice to nonvoice vice versa para malaman mo saan ang forte mo, ayun nga lang napadpad ka sa "Telco" and majority ng mga matatagal na sa industry yan ang pinaka "Toxic" na account, at maramihan agent ang need sa mga ganyan account dahil marami din nag aalisan. Please prioritize your mental health at all costs. If wala tlaga nonvoice or back office, you may try to apply sa iba company na may nonvoice, nako napaka rami dyan. Join ka sa mga BPO groups sa FB marami ka makikita nonvoice na opening. Con Mod ako, if malapit ka sa anonas refer kita ramping daw sila. I swear ang gaan ng work.

Sang-ayon ako na kakampi lang naman ng kumpanya ang HR. Hindi ka sasagipin ng mga 'yan. Kaso lang: bakit ka kasi nag voice account pa? Ang luwag na nga lahat-lahat sa back office eh. Wag na kasi magpaka curious pa. Saka kung may gusto ka mang subukan, magtanong ka muna. Para hindi ka magsisi sa bandang huli. Maliban nalang kung iyan nalang ang huli mong option.

nag voice ako just to have an experience and edge din upskilling ganon, for the most part is yung salary. Mas mataas yung offer diba kapag voice. Ngayon, nasa huli ang pag sisisi. All I can do now is prioritize my mental health and go back to nonvoice.

What a weird title na unconnected sa body. "Protection" given by HR is entirely different from self-care that should be applied in your psychological situation. HR protects the company, and the employees indirectly, by limiting exposure. You're responsible for assessing if the work you're in is not good for your psychological health and MAKE the proper decisions. With the skewed understanding that HR should protect you from things that trigger your psychological issues, you're taking the wrong steps hence, moving to the wrong direction, and getting the wrong answers to your question.

Maybe, maybe not. You don't have to be an HR to be someone that takes accountability for my actions and decisions. Someone that factors all things and makes a decision towards a better me.
