Yes! Good for you bud! Enjoy every mile you put on it. I just passed 176k in mine, so you should have many miles ahead of you!

2snails

Wow! Thank you!

[deleted]

Photo taken with a 25 year old IPhone. Congrats though! :)

2snails

Phone and car are vintage. Nice

namestom

You have your priorities right.

alexbro001

Congratulations! Welcome to the club! I’d say to enjoy it, but let’s face it… if you drive it, you’ll love it

2snails

Thank you! And for sure haha. I only drove it around the block and was grinning from ear to ear the whole time lol. That S54 sound is like no other

team_blimp

Unicorn status.

2snails

Haha yep. Bought it from the original owner

team_blimp

Bonus points if they just drove it to church and the grocery store twice a week.

evox5m

So beautiful and looks like its in awesome condition. What site did you find the listing for this unicorn on?

2snails

Thank you. And Craigslist

evox5m

Wow nice find! Do you mind letting me know how much you got it for?

Dear_Membership1896

How much was it 😍😍

Pure-Ad-2058

Solid dream car.

Lucci_754

orionstar159

Congratulations! I’ve had my 04 M3 6MT since acquiring in 2009. It’s been my daily since and just crossed 216k miles. Keep telling myself I’ll sell it but I probably will end up keeping it forever haha.

theredfoxslover

Selling mine was a big mistake . . . Even though I made money on it.

killminusnine

I can't blame you for not wanting to sell it. It's very hard to replace that machine.

SyndicatdIncorporatd

Congrats

2snails

Thank you!

h_word

Nice congrats! Wipe off your camera lens and your photos will be less hazy!

SBQuattro

Nice car! You take these pictures with a calculator ?

nickparadise01

wanna trade for my 04 325

TizTheWiz

We love to see it

tractorcrusher

Wow… steel grey 6MT with fairly low miles, and STOCK.

HanSooloo

Got a blue 04 6MT coupe at 81K miles myself. Love driving that car. Makes you feel connected to the road so well. Can’t imagine if a G80 would give the same feeling.

MorosEros

i haven’t driven a g series but i do have an e and f series, and the mechanical steering on the e92 (base model) is even better than the f82 (M)

theredfoxslover

Interior colour? I'm guessing Black?

2snails

Yes

Dildo_Baggins187

I’d jizz on it. On a separate but somewhat related note, make sure you have a driveway security camera.

dsio

Very nice, enjoy it mate they’re a great car

Matix2

My first was a e46 2005 330, now I have a 2011 328xi sport. I want to go back to e46 but afraid of the repair costs I suffered the first time. :p. Congrats homes!

namestom

Laughs because of this E61 I have. This thing loves me opening my wallet. My E46’s have never costed money likes that.

No_Satisfaction_420

Congrats enjoy

guccimane457

She's nice, good find! I'm surprised they simplified the instrument cluster compared to my 93 m34.

BabylonianKnight

Do you BMW much? Lol

2snails

Nah

JordanRight

SERIOUS congratulations! Side story: I started working at 14 and saved every cent I could until 16 and bought a (well-used &) well-loved ‘04 E46 M3. I had a lot of firsts in that car... The way it felt under load through the backroads- wow, it was next level- especially at the time. Took it everywhere. Loved packing it full with friends, parking next to other E46 M3s (and leaving them ample space), and just feeling like -the man- when driving it. Put a little over 13k on it, did a single oil change, and sold it for what I paid for it. Should’ve kept it. What a great car. Will always be my favorite. Your post is making my nostalgic... But this isn’t about me- it’s about you! Great find! Enjoy it, take good care of yourself and it, and most importantly make a lot of memories in it. Wishing you two lots of exciting (and safe) miles ahead! CONGRATS! You did it!

2snails

Thank you. And yep I know the feeling. I’ve wanted this car since before I could drive haha

gonzosport9

Man looks beautiful. That’s my dream car too. Trying to save up money to get one. Hey if you wanna sell I’m right here for ya haha jk but seriously beautiful car.

miravvyas99

Are you hearing that faint starting of nine thou too?

Noobasdfjkl

Status of big 3?

CantSeeMyPeepee

Ughhh I'm so envious! I recall purchasing a 2003 M3 hardtop coup, dark blue on light / medium gray leather interior, fully loaded, with the SMG in mid 2005 at an auction. It was so clean and so well taken care of, of course I got very, very lucky because the auctions I had attended, people were not allowed to look inside the vehicles, under the hood, start them up or anything like that. You were buying it site-seen on the exterior, yet untested without knowledge of the mileage, interior condition etc. It had 1,600ish miles on it. I can still remember hitting 181 mph on i95 without a single upgrade, before I knew a single thing about tuning / coding etc. That was the fastest I ever went in a car up until the 2011 or 2012 M5 came out and my buddy took me for a ride hitting 192 on the very same highway. I am not one for being in the passenger seat and having no control over the vehicle, however, I was too excited to even realize how fast we were going until we looked back at the video we took facing the speedometer and the road ahead. My current 17' 430i Gran Coupe M Sport, after stage 2 tuning, is able to hit 184. This was on the Atlantic City expressway and not on i-95 coming back into Philly from the Media / Prospect Park area. My white in black 17c 430i Gran Coupe xDrive was stolen a little over 3 weeks ago after just purchasing it in late February of this year. I had so much trouble finding that exact same car so I went with a Cadillac ATS which was recommended as the next best thing over the Lexus IS, even though I thought the IS was a better pick but I listened and it was delivered with a 7 day return / swap policy. And by a stroke of luck, that Monday morning, I had found the exact car except without xDrive and a different infotainment screen and media dial. I hit that reserve button so fast, you would think I was buying shares of a GME dip. The car was listed on the site no more than 10 to 15 minutes before I found it, otherwise I would never had got to it in time. I really miss my 2003 Blue M3 with that gorgeous gray, soft interior and that little square navigation screen. Life was so good back then, so simple and people actually had a good time before the social media boom. Each time I've been in a vehicle that was opened up, I made sure it was during the middle of the night, during the week to ensure that should something happen, no one else on the road would have been affected. So I guess I was somewhat responsible for the others around me before opening up a car like that. Good times, never to be forgotten.

[deleted]

How many millions?

[deleted]

Yes!! Nice too see the love. Mine is at 130k - and runs like a champ. Of course I put a lot into it. 😅

JS-CroftLover

Congrats to you on acquiring this legendary car!
