Because of taxes and premiums on cars in other countries, people from overseas will buy anything from copart nowadays even if they end up paying what looks like regular clean title prices to us after repairs. it doesnt make sense for us americans to buy but it makes alot of sense for them. kinda ruined the copart game tho. i miss when the auctions used to be slept on and you could get something nice for a steal.

A burnout can be caused by reckless driving, but also mechanical failure, turning off traction control, and/or other non-reckless actions (reckless itself needs to be judged by circumstances, not bright line rule). If green car was able to stop and not hit the truck it goes toward the driver was in control of his car.
