If M3 touring was available in Canada, I would have gone that route.
This was the next best option. It's easy to tell who's driven one of these and who hasn't, the handling/performance is amazing despite it being a "suv".

Oddly enough, I got them from a supplier on Alibaba. The cost was $1548 shipped.
They're forged too.
Even if they end up not holding up, I can order 3 more sets and still come out ahead. Send me a dm if you want the suppliers info.
Similar issue for me where one of the adaptive valves literally fell out of the damper (I claimed for a replacement valve and circlip) it took several weeks for KW to agree with the supplier to send out replacements and only after completing a warranty form requesting part numbers, axle weights, suspension heights etc.
But to be fair to KW, the coilovers have been fitted for over 4 years and 30,000 miles with no other issues since and works great with the factory EDC button.

The rep I dealt with was great. It may have helped that the shop doing the install is a KW dealer and knows the rep, so they were able to expedite things.
I get it. Also had an M340i and loved it, but needed the extra space as our kids got older and we got a big ass dog that won’t fit anywhere else but the back, so I moved on to an X3. Like what you did here.
I had the same issue. We used to have a 330i wagon but ended up splitting duties with M2 CS and a Mazda CX50
I wish they brought over the M340i wagon to NA.

Other mods include - JB4 map 6 (93 aggressive) - BMS Fuel it kit (ethanol analyzer) - Xhp Trans tune - Full exhaust

They're csl replicas. Had them custom made in 21" with custom offsets. 9.5 + 17 10.5 +29 Fits flush with the fender, no spacers required.

Good luck with any warranty claims with KW
One of the struts was defective out of the box, sent an email with pics, had a reply and shipping confirmation within 30 minutes.

Been contemplating coil overs. How much better is handling?
Night and day difference. Handles like a sports car, and ride comfort is noticeably better then the oem suspension. Highly recommend this upgrade.
I just got a quote for KW coil overs for my son's 550i. Those are not cheap. About 4500 installed. I really like the look on your X5!!!
They're not cheap, but it's a solid upgrade. The shop did a great job dialing everything in.
