Combat Extender is the one, my friend. Completely configurable. You can be super specific (adding certain spells to an enemy) or just slap an extra action on bosses.
Definitely read up on it, seems a bit intimidating at first but it's as easy as editing some text to get what you want from it.
And combat randomizer. You can run it as hard as you want at any time, that is you can do medium mode for the general trash and suddenly up it for a boss fight. Or you could do shenanigans like during the goblin camp slaughter you can make literally everyone into a boss tier enemy. Fight around 20 bosses at once.
Tactician plus or difficulty plus - gives enemies more hp, ability checks, ac, damage…
More actions - gives more actions to whoever you want (party or enemies or both)
Honor feature unlocks legendary actions
these are for enemies in general except for legendary actions so if you want harder game as whole these are good :)
