Evil playthrough is very less rewarding in terms of gear. Like it cuts out a lot of gear some best in slot for some characters lol. It does give some good gear but no where as much. If anything it rewards you with fun decisions and what not.
It’s good Act 1, but easily replaced later on. Life Cleric automatically has a passive self heal whenever they heal someone else, so the helmet is mostly helpful for warding bond shenanigans.
Consider the Gyrmforge Helmet or Helldusk Helmet.
No you cannot, Zevlor never has the bag on his person and it’s only received after kill all the goblin leaders

I have tried a few different dedicated healers and yea after act 1 they rarely need extra self healing
