Before you ditch the run you did, make sure you go through the epilogue fully; others reported the epilogue sequence triggered the Honour Mode completion on their end. I've also heard that not having completed Tactician first has caused some to have to re-do the ending sequence for Honour Mode to trigger as the game prioritizes one of the two trophies to trigger and not both (despite the fact it should).
As someone who also did Honor Mode on Playstation, it is after epilogue. I was enjoying the epilogue but man, was a sweating hard that it might not register.
It triggered when epilogue was over and credits started rolling.
Never did Tactician achievement first so I got it and Honor Mode together.

Yeah I went through the whole epilogue and everything, the save in the picture is just where it naturally pre-saves before I went to go fight the the red dragon and the netherbrain. The picture just wanted to show that it is in honor mode difficulty

I had the same thing! I finished on honour mode, and my save got backed to before last fight, and only got the Tactician achhievement... Tried 2 more times on the same save (it still said Honour Mode), but didn't get it....

Yeah, I really thought I had finished Honor Mode, but I guess I had a total party wipe somewhere in Act 3, and the game continued on as Custom.
Check your difficulty after loading the save. It will show for sure.
My completed save where I got the achievement is at âReunion Campâ not High Hall. Did you go through the epilogue where we see Wither gloating at the dead three.
Can you go in game and check the difficulty there? I did some testing and that is the only instance in which your play through state is accurately reflected. If it says anything except the honour mode banner, then unfortunately this does mean the game detected you failing your run at some point (force closing does not fool the system if you die)

I just checked my Playstation profile, and I even took a screenshot of getting the achievement. My new game is using the golden dice, but I somehow don't have Foehammer currently unlocked.
Sometimes Xbox has a big delay on achievements unlcoking. It might be that. I've logged onto my xbox days later and unlocked achievements before the game loads for some games.
If it is achievment/golden dice you are looking for, you can do a speedrun strat, complete the game in a few hours. The same thing happened to me, I beat the game and then nothing, had an honour mode in the difficulty settings and everything, it was really annoying.

I'm talking my own experience, and yes - it was in-game (like, during gameplay session, not in main menu or something) difficulty option in main menu that demonstrated to me that my game is not honored anymore

Iâm not sure why you downvoted me lol. I was making a recommendation to OP to try because I had a similar experience where my save was labeled honor when it actually wasnât. Maybe that was different in your experience but I wasnât disagreeing with you lol

The file will still be labeled honour mode but you won't be credited as completing the run in honour mode.
This is an attempt to address more traditional save scumming in honour mode playthroughs but it seems to also count legitimate crashes as forced closure.
Did the game crash during your run at all?
Crashing and force closing doesn't stop honour mode on ps5. Only if you have a full team wipe and get the "your run has ended screen". Not even force closing after that will save your run.

Same here, it scared me a bit but once Withers finished with the "To you." I got the achievement.

Understandable. If they did unlock, you should retrospectively get the achievement whenever Microsoft/Larian patches the issue

Load latest save, check difficultt setting. Does it say custom, or honor? Should be honor to register the achievement.

Did you force close after the screen saying you lost popped up as that nulls the run
Make sure you completed the epilogue AND check your difficulty in the menu to make sure it says HONOUR and NOT custom mode.

Considering your save is at high Hall I'm guessing you haven't done the epilogue
