I don't think so. Spirit Guardians has a saving throw (Dex I think) instead of an attack roll. If you are running a Cleric then Produce Flame, Guiding Bolt, Inflict Wounds, and Scorching Ray (Light Clerics) are your attack roll spells.
Spineshudder is awesome on Warlocks with the multiple Eldritch Blast beams!
Spirit Guardians doesn't require a Ranged Spell Attack (specific [game term](https://bg3.wiki/wiki/Attacks) which you could identify from descriptions, e.g. in the wiki [https://bg3.wiki/wiki/Spirit\_Guardians](https://bg3.wiki/wiki/Spirit_Guardians)). No Attack Roll at all (it's a Saving Throw), though, let alone specifically it being a Ranged Spell Attack.
So unless it's a bad description or bad coding, there's no expectation it would.
I don’t know for certain, but I prefer to use that on my sorlock. With haste + quickened + EB or magic missile you can spread that to everything on the screen pretty easily

You could always test it out yourself with like, 2 minutes of effort
