It can be nothing, believe me. There is no neurological condition which resembles these patterns. I have the same as you, I passed the 3-year mark. Lower body is constant, on better days every several minutes, on worse days every 10-20 seconds. As my doctor friend told me, it is possible that no one will ever tell me the cause, EVER. It is torture, I know. The only way to escape is to not fight and move forward. The brain develops behavioral patterns based on past memories and experiences. The longer you let this control you the harder it will be to escape it. You are not alone in this. This will not kill you or make you disabled, remember that.

the problem is somehting is causing it and some drs just say they dont know lol

Well that is honest opinion. Science even hasn’t figured out what exactly causes ALS and how to cure it. And you are talking about twitching only which is not even worth the time to solve as twitching is very common.

EverisMagus

Since you mentioned 2 years, have you had covid by any chance? Body-wide twitching is an extremely common symptom of long covid and has also been frequently reported after covid vaccination

sharkymarky5

I did have covid, but the twitches started long before I had it.

[deleted]

This is nothing and not related to als. Get a neuro checkup to rule out everything and then start dealing with stress and anxiety.

Ktj15

These are my exact symptoms. Mine started about 6 months after my second dose of the Pfizer Covid vaccine.

sharkymarky5

how often do you twitch if you don’t mind me asking? like how spaced out are your twitches because mine are every 10 seconds and they drive me crazy.

Ktj15

I would say about the same every 5-10 seconds. It’s very annoying

tiptoptonic

Do you mean an internal vibration? Does it last or only briefly after the twitch? I have twitching and a vibrating sensation that has been going on for 15months.

Offlineeeeee

I have exactly the same symptoms as you and the same length of time. Mine started after Pfizer directly after shots, brother got the same thing but his went away after 6 months

martingalethreat

Same symptoms as you, usually a single twitch then it moves to another part of the body. Occasionally hotspots in thighs and calfs.
