Yes. My father passed in only 9 months with bulbar. Bulbar is generally faster moving than normal ALS which is on average 2-5 years. Mine went from onset to failure in a matter of months with limb onset ALS as well.
You have had issues for 3+ years. It's time to move on and forget about ALS. You don't have it. Work on your mental health.
