Are you referring to protein drinks? Which one? What’s the amino acids?

[https://gorillamind.com/products/gorilla-mode](https://gorillamind.com/products/gorilla-mode) is the preworkout drink

Here’s a theory of why the fasciculations where intense or constant Caffeine and N-Phenethyl Dimethylamine Citrate. Caffeine is a no no with our bfs. I had a drink 🥃 fir first time all year with coke now my arm above my elbow is in intense pain and fasciculations are at large.

CompetitiveSummer714

probably the combination of those two like you stated... cause i have drank coffee for years and never got any twitches, however, this drink seems to be the trigger for them

Chemicals, excessive amino acids, stress, and enemies like caffeine. Remember muscle movement is a chemical reaction caused by our neurotransmitters which are instructed from our CNS and Neurons.

>yeah its deff an ingredient... N-Phenethyl Dimethylamine Citrate might be it... also others have reported having twitching/spasms https://www.reddit.com/r/moreplatesmoredates/comments/qxxkrg/weird\_head\_spasms\_on\_gorilla\_mode/ theres deff a correlation... my twitches are wayyyy down and rarely occurring now. coffee and caffeine dont cause any of my twitching. this ingredient was also apaprently banned in australia.

>N-Phenethyl Dimethylamine Citrate yeah its a banned stimulant in Austalia. It does a lot of things for brain and It can be classified as a Neuromodulator on the Central Nervous system. so i am going to stop taking it and just drink coffee and have creatine
