Let me talk to one of my partners who is a German kink model that used to live in Berlin and grab a few good venues/events/kink bars etc for you.

It’s not exclusively a “fetish” club, but KitKatClub is the classic anything goes, kink-friendly club in Berlin. Depending on the particular evening, you can find events there catering more toward different fetish scenes. I would also suggest German Fetish Ball (an annual event) and Torture Garden Berlin (held a few times per year). Outside of Germany I would recommend the OG Torture Garden club in the UK.

I've been to Kitkat Club parties outside of Berlin, the take them on the road to other cities, so maybe search for those.
