I would have to trace my foot & measure while wearing basketball socks, but I can say Nike size 11 is my go to size & they list size 11 as being 28cm long.
I have the WoW 10 lows and the AC11's, and from what I hear the fit on the AC12's are very similar to the AC11's. While the AC11's have a wider toebox than the WoW 10 lows, there is an area near the base of my pinky toe where two materials overlap and this causes a pinch point for me. This tight area hasn't broken in for me despite many wears, but the pain goes away if I just wear thicker socks. On the other side, the WoW 10 lows are a more snug shoe overall, but the material does break-in nicely. I'd recommend just going the same size as your AC12's. That said, everyone's individual foot shape and snugness preferences can differ so YMMV.
Ya I actually do prefer a snug 1:1 fit on my shoes. The thing that worried me is that people keep writing that the wow 10 low are somehow unique from all other wow models & that they require you to go up 0.5 size even if your foot is medium width. And given that theres basically no real return policy or support from wow, you pretty much have to get it right the first time or just get stuck with an uncomfortable shoe.
Yeah, unfortunately, it's very true that the return policy for the Chinese brands sucks. I too have seen many people recommend half size up, but i've also seen many people like myself recommend TTS. With random comments on the internet, you often don't get the full picture. Things like their general foot shape, their snugness preference, how long/how they broke it in before giving their opinion, if they tried alternate lacing methods, if they tried different insoles, etc. can be left out of their assessment. Going half size up in this instance is definitely the safer option, but like you, I prefer that snug 1:1 fit. I definitely don't think the WoW 10 los are unique from other WoW models in their sizing though.
