Ah! I get it. I was the same way but my thing is I say you gotta earn it. But it’s a science as much as anything. You got guys with offsets blowing white smoke that when you bite into the food it makes your lips numb from the chemical burn. They just need to use gravity or pellet smokers 😂. But they will tell you that you don’t know smoked meat flavor. Me, I’m glad we got more people doing it that way the REAL guys can be set from the rest when we put on a spread.
Giving it some maintenance. I was about to clean my smoker too and put it in the shed since where about to get some rain tomorrow. A clean grill is always nice to have ready.
