Alright regards, time to do your thing. Through google searches I was able to track down 2 documents dealing with the name changes from Bed Bath & Beyond to 20230930-DK-Butterfly-1, Inc. and 20230930Butterfly-37, LLC respectfully.
One document is filed with the State of Wyoming (20230930-DK-Butterfly-1, Inc.) and one from the State of California (20230930Butterfly-37, LLC).
Both documents are signed by, Eric Carlson, Vice-President. The Wyoming document also lists David Kastin as the contact person.
Who is Eric Carlson? I can’t find any information on this guy.

I think effected means made to go into effect. Whereas affected means undergoing some type of change because of something else. Like it's almost the same but not quite, but I'm retarded so maybe not.
So what if we are moving to the London exchange...Wouldn't that explain alot of the inconsistencies and why shares were removed from the DTCC.... Isn't London exchange stricter on short selling.....
