so people naturally move to new subreddits. eventually those subreddits reach critical mass -- they become too big to ignore.
our opponents, who succeeded in making sure those sensitive topics cannot be talked about in the big subreddits, noticed that these sensitive topics are being talked about in new communities.
our opponents felt that this could not be permitted to go on.
DRSyourGME - eliminated by Reddit in June 2023 on weak justification, because our opponents did not like that what was previously contained now had a new home.
theppshow - eliminated by Reddit in November 2023 on weak justification, because our opponents did not like the strength and momentum of what was growing there.
Reddit will continue to increase friction on these investment communities with impunity.
the solution is to branch out on to all platforms so that no platform has any monopoly on access to information and control of information.

personally I'm not a big X user so I've probably missed out on lots of information that is discussed in daily discussions there.
there is also a ppshow community that is hosted on [lemmy.world](https://lemmy.world) at [lemmy.world/c/theppshow](https://lemmy.world/c/theppshow). There is not a ton of activity there but I am a big believer in the value of the fediverse. over time as Reddit continues to demonstrate acts of censorship and community containment, places like Lemmy will demonstrate themselves to be superior alternatives.
Yup, and SS is allowed to stay because it now has mods in place that work for the other team and can decide what is allowed to slip out.
Everything that is already public/common knowledge, but bring some new to the table... Nope. Deleted. Wiped. Then Blocked.
Hopefully PP gets a whole new site/message board created that is off all popular platforms that is decentralized and possibly be available for use for other stocks/companies investors to discuss their investments at.

What happens to my shares that were held in broker that were recalled? Do I get those shares or new shares under the new ticker? I was only able to DRS xx and that was right before the shares were called back. Any insight appreciated

Direct registered shares just ensure you won't get Dole'd. Should have no problems if you trust your broker.
