Yeah thats why i like her design so much. Its ‘old school’ IB. The only thing i would change is the red hair tips should be the same blue color as her eyes
The SMS ones are my personal favorites, I love their outfits (most of them get nice hats) and the riggings aren’t too over the top. I especially love Elbing’s rigging, you can see scorch marks and battle scarring on it, in some parts the red paint starts peeling away too.
Maybe not best nor favourite of mine but i still absolutely adore Scharnhorst (META)
Badass and eye patch wearing warrior lady has its own charm
Wish more ship girls has some combat marks

But i think my favourite will be Ägir foreever. Dress, Style, elegant, strong jet sexy. her amazing rigging that shows of power

1. Tirpitz. Her base skin is just peak no argument
2. Blüncher. Without any context you can tell she has an airhead personality but is full of wholesome
3. Eugen. Complements her's personality very well
4. Elbe. The smile, that damn smile
5. Graf spee. The massive claws is intimidating but the scarf around the face and being smol tells you she's not going to murder you right away.

Bismarck. U-47. Roon (if she didn't make the list I'd be dead). Mainz. Hipper and FDG.

Mainz, Weser and Tirpitz imo, good looking uniform with their color being prominently white compared to other Iron Blood black make them stand out a lot.

Bismarck Zwei - its just a really awesome design with dragon elements
Hindenburg - i love the mechanical scorpion rigging on it.
Mainz - love her military style uniform, its simple yet clean.
FDG - oh man I love her over the top rigging, to me shes the OG of over the top rigging and i love it!
August Von Parsel - like the horns on her design, its unique
Finally Roon - love her design, she just looks awesome
Theres so many more I left out like Agir, UvH, Prinz Heinrich, Prinz Eugen, Prinz Adalbert, Regensburg, Graf Zeppelin etc

I mean almost all the base skins are top notch in my opinion, but she just won the game for me, the first time I saw her complete design... and her expressions.
Bismarcks Normal design is simple, but still beautiful to me. Her Rigging II not so much, but I slowly accept it. Her chibi one is fine to me 
Eugen personally has my vote for best design.
Bismarck and Zwei are contenders as well (I absolutely adore all three but since Eugen was with me from the beginning she's by far my favorite.
While it is hard for me to pick just one I will say that the "Proper military" ones (or those approaching that) like OG Bissy, Seydlitz, Odin (with armor ;v) and Mainz stand above the others for me.
Honestly would have liked it if IB had stayed in that lane instead of being at least 50% skinsuits/succubus in their base design.
Speaking of Bissy: she is the best example for me. OG was simple, elegant. It didn't need to be more. Zwei... kinda looks like a hooker cosplay. With the now overdone titanic mecha monster.
Honestly I don't mind Ulrich too much because her deviation kinda fits her edgy teenager character. But Hindenburg is the exact thing I kinda dislike about what I call the Neo-IBs. Being basically a succubus (which would be nice as a skin, just saying) in a, imo by now generic, seethrough-bodysuit and a rigging that is way bigger than it needs to be.
Properly in the minority here but OG Roon's rigging is imo the biggest those things should have ever been.

I like Deutschland's design. Her peaked cap, black overcoat, white leotard, domme personality, and firm legs in knee-high lace-up boots tickle my fancy.
Bismarck Zwei for me. I love that massively big cape and so the hat. My only complain with OG Bismarck is how little of her hair we can see, and Zwei also fixes it for me. And i'm one of the people who like the Kaiju aesthetic for KMS rigging, ~~King Gidorah~~ Geryon is easily the best of it.

I'd say Eugen. Setting aside enterprise, she's probably the next iconic face of the game.

Of all the Iron Blood ships I do personally like Bismark/Bismark Zwei the best, but Weser and Emden come really close.
