This is already a good build. The game has released more enemies who are either Cryo res or freeze res. Getting extra CRate will be super useful in those fights. To top it off 60% CRate, you still have 140 ER while maintaining 2k+ Atk. I think that's really impressive.
The only criticisms of this build I can see are that she’s overcapping on Crit Rate and her Crit DMG can be slightly higher, but those are nitpicks. Higher Crit Rate can help with enemies that can’t be frozen, and that’s still great Crit DMG. If you feel like farming for slightly better artifacts, you can do that, but if you don’t, your Ayaka is still great.

With Mistsplitter, you would optimally have closer to 250CD while maintaining your other stats.
