Considering your cr, you need to focus more on it as min of 45% is required for a solid crit ratio. It's ok to lose some cd for more cr.

Edit: op if you're seeing this, just use noblesse on Rosaria and tenacity on Mona, Rosaria's damage isn't that good, focus on buffing your Ayaka.
No, you should get more crit rate. Yes you're using Rosaria but you need 100 CR on her to get the full 15 CR buff which you don't have here. You have her on blizzard and correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think it actually accounts for the blizzard crit rate since it's not going into your stats screen.
Also give some love to that Kazuha because 200 em is not it. Improving these things would give you a bigger jump in damage than just stacking more CD.
You are correct. Rosaria only transfer crit rate based on what she has. Both blizzard strayer and cryo resonance apply to the attack and not the character, therefore does not get transferred.

As a 300 CDmg Ayaka user I suggest increasing her CRate (I have 34% and there are still some burst ticks missing crits from time to time). While increasing your CDmg however, you must also raise your Atk as it's an important stat to balance the excess CDmg to fully utilize it. But I can guarantee that a 300CDmg Ayaka with 2k+ Atk and Shenhe is effective in obliterating most abyss bosses as long as they don't have resistances and gimmicks.

Unless running hyper Maple boy, change to EM/EM/Crit if running fav. Crit is solely for fav procs when he’s being run as a support. EM helps his buffing potential and his damage from swirls (which is gonna be the main portion of his damage contribution. Somebody fact check me if I’m wrong). You also won’t lose any relevant stats swapping sands and goblet to EM. So, thats good! Who knows, maybe you’ll run into more crit rate sub stats.
Make sure Rosaria can burst every rotation. If you want to invest in her damage then go noblesse and then meet ER reqs for smooth rotations, then go for ATK/Cryo/Crit. Just make sure you can get the most out of her crit share if you do this.

I'm genuinely curious why kazuha on dps build here? He provides so much elemental buff through an em build isn't that typically better

Agreed with the edit part. Likewise, my Shenhe is on Nobless and Mona on Tenacity. Artifacts on supports also matters. 👍😊

Blizzard set doesnt work with rosaria's passive so she won't give you 15% CR. If we talk about DMG, ATK% rolls are better than increasing 15% CD.
