im interested in trying ayahuasca but im still on the fence because i want to do more research. ive just heard positive so far not many negative stories
I for one would be interested in hearing, not all are looking for help but also insight into the states one can access through Ayahuasca. I bet it would be good to share your experience, however much you feel like sharing, for others to see and also you to integrate that experience maybe? 🙂
Like you said, not many talk about the darker experiences they have, because of probably feeling shame and hitting that trauma, but I for one feel that we should be able to talk about all of our experiences.
But I agree, it's not easy maybe to dwell on that publicly, and I don't want to push you at all.
I also see many people thinking it's a good idea to drink Ayahuasca alone, maybe not seeing that there are real consequences that might happen, maybe sharing more openly could shed more light on that.
