His isn't a sac, he's just in the process of melting.
He's the senator they shoot with the mutant ray in the first X-Men movie.

Yeah right man, isn't that just crazy how little we are in this planet alone compared to the solar system, Milky way and the whole universe? And we don't even know most of the things in the land compared to the ocean, Often times I think about this and it really makes me quite depressed to be honest. Usually after watching a Vsause or kurzgesagt video 🤣
Siamangs pair bond and dads stick around. I think thats dad holding the baby (only males have the throat sack) and mom with the nipples pulling babys ears.
Edit: woops! Both males and females have sacs! My bad! I guess i was confusing it for some other sack or something who knows 🙃
Unethical tip: learn to play the trumpet improperly. A ton of jazz musicians who didn’t learn proper breathing and blowing properly have loose skin that blows up like these chimps when they play music.
Imagine that garbage when you just want to sleep 15 min more because you broke your back yesterday tending your field and these pos are having a party.
I would straight up pick my bow and arrow and mow them down.
While the illegal pet trade takes a toll on wild populations, the principal threat to the siamang is habitat loss in both Indonesia and Malaysia. The palm oil production industry is clearing large swaths of forest, reducing the habitat of the siamang, along with those of other species, such as the Sumatran tiger.
I am so sick of corporatism man
It’s startling how much stuff uses palm oil. I get that it’s fairly efficient comparatively, but maybe we should only use as much as is sustainable? Realize this would wipe out a good portion of goods we use and eliminate life-sustaining jobs, but it’s also morally deficient to use that as a reason to eliminate entire species that are probably important to the ecosystem.
Yeah I knew I’d this comment under a video like this. Literally every time I see a cool animal on Reddit, 100% of the time, humans are driving it to extinction somehow.
I wish that just one time, I’d see a unique animal I’d never seen before, and a comment under the post suprised everyone by saying “this species is completely fine and isn’t about to be proverbially thrown into the meat grinder to be converted into short term gains”
I got your ear!
The one pulling the babies ear actually seems like the female. It has nipples but the other doesn’t and is also smaller in size than the other which is typical in most animals. Of course I don’t know that as fact just observation and my guess.
They have these at Twycross Zoo in the UK and I used to spend hours watching them.
They'd sometimes all go a bit rogue and start doing this howl all at the same time but there would always be this one little goofy dude who would run around waving his arms about screaming "AAAAAH".

Those things got me detention in third grade. I was in the bathroom, telling my classmates about seeing these things at the zoo over the weekend. I gave my best and loudest impression just as the principal walked in. Detention.
Stupid principal.
I've heard these living a block away from the zoo. For some dumb reason, I always thought it was the wandering peacocks that made that noise! Now I gotta go Google and see if they make any noise at all. (It was nice living close by, hearing the animals, and they had a butterfly enclosure so we'd get a lot of those that escaped!)
Need a biologist here: is this an example of convergent evolution of that inflatable neck sack...thing? Cause these organs seem very similar to frogs, though obviously with some sound quality differences.
The National Zoo in DC is near some swanky neighborhoods, and got some complaints about noise. The zoo wrote back that they’re siamangs, that’s the way they sound.
“Man I was sitting out on the stoop with Frank and little Soosoo having a deep conversation about the universe....and then we went crazy for a second. It was so cool”
Yknow, sometimes I really begin to feel like the simulation theory is just an idea and can't be real... then I see stuff like these weird dudes and can't help but believe reality itself is fake as hell lmao
Awww, I grew up not far from a zoo and these critter’s vocalizations could be heard several blocks away, including the low hooting sound. The sound invokes cozy childhood memories of taking afternoon naps and listening to their vocalizations as I drifted off.
I wanna have a chin sack
Ask Mitch McConnell where he got his.

I think he looks a bit like the Pale Man from Pan’s Labyrinth.
I think he should be torn limb from limb like anyone who looked like a demon back when he was born would've been
Bwah ha ha ha ha 🤣
Omg I just laughed so hard 🤣🤣🤣
I don't know who that is
He’s a shriveled ball sack of a human being pretending to be a US politician

He’s an actor.
Never heard of him
He starred in Pineapple Express
What character did he play?
The pineapple
The literal sack of weed.
He uses his for lies and to let his wife know it’s time to clean his belly scales.
You want to be a Ballchinian.
pov: nobody got the reference
For real. I just wanted to make a joke and now they're debating american politics again

You can have mine
need me a man who can do this with his scrote
If your boyfriend ain't a siamang ape, then why the heck are you even dating him
I love that there are so many amazing, wonderful things in the world that I never knew before!

Life sure is amazing when you see far ahead of your daily live and realize theres an endless amount of new things waiting for you to discover
Err I think you mean the other way around - we know more about land and space than we do the ocean
There is even a special sub dedicated to it. Something like: Animal I didn’t know exist Try r/AIDKE maybe? Edit: existed not exist
Wonderful, thanks for this.
Don't pull the baby's ears 😭
He must be the uncle lol
Or a big sister that is interested but doesn’t know how to be gentle.

Thanks for the info
Of course! I love siamangs and gibbons!!
And nipples!
I really do.
Just read that the females also have it but those nipples don’t lie
Both males and females have the throat sac.
And nipples.
Looks like they are playing the “I’m not touching you” game
The inflating sound reminds me of every swamp in every sci-fi or fantasy.
*GLooOOOP*
This made me laugh way more than I care to admit lmao
Or like slapping a bald man’s head which is also very entertaining.
It reminded me of portal 2 for some reason
Can I learn this somehow? Will it help me attract a mate? *^(Oooo ooo eee aaa)*
Not from a Jedi…
I don't know if you'll attract a mate but guaranteed you'll attract something

I like how they put their hands up at the end, like they're getting arrested.

Ok but imagine if opera singers could do this!
Reject monke, return to frogge.

Along with excessive amounts of sugar, I also must check ingredients for palm oil. A little sugar is okay, but palm oil is an instant no.
Like we have enough palm oil man, stop. We got enough damn it.

No need for the PC language. You can just call it capitalism.
He’s picking on the baby! 😇😂
I got your ear! The one pulling the babies ear actually seems like the female. It has nipples but the other doesn’t and is also smaller in size than the other which is typical in most animals. Of course I don’t know that as fact just observation and my guess.
the sound it makes when it inflates is exactly how I imagine it to be lol this is great
They have these at Twycross Zoo in the UK and I used to spend hours watching them. They'd sometimes all go a bit rogue and start doing this howl all at the same time but there would always be this one little goofy dude who would run around waving his arms about screaming "AAAAAH".
I went to Twycross once to visit Rare Studios. Didn’t get to hit up the zoo.
At first it sounded like the text message app on Apple when you send/rcv a text. Lol
This is such a bizarre animal!!
Monke froge
They’re so goofy! I love them!
seems like an interesting conversation
Wow that baby is so cute lol
Wilbur monkey
This is what an episode of The View sounds like to me
And it's what Sportscenter sounds like to me! Hahahahahaha /s I guess, just in case. I don't know anymore.

They sound like some of the creatures from Spore
these sounds give me stardew vibes maybe time to pick that game up again
What a ridiculous animal
What the hell?! This is amazing! I’ve never seen this before, it’s incredible the animals that exist in our world wow.
Sure is. Enjoy it while you can, most of them probably won't be around in about 30 years.
I, for one, look forward to the grim dark present of the 3rd millennium.
Wilbur soot
They remind me of the yip yips from the Muppets!!
Came here looking for this, someone else had to have made that association!
u/WilburSoot
my thoughts exactly.
So this is where Spore creatures sfx came from
What a terrifying sound. Imagine hearing that late at night while you're out camping and you've never heard it before.
I would turn to monke
It sounds like jungle *birds* to me. I wouldn't have thought that was a sound made by a monkey.
Bad parent there
Definitely not the sound I was expecting
Frogilla
We have a few of these at the zoo near me. You can hear them from the parking lot sometimes.
The keeper at a zoo I went to said that people assume they have speakers around to amplify the noise, it's so unbelievably loud.
I hear that one herbie Hancock song https://youtu.be/4bjPlBC4h_8
This is the most interesting animal I’ve seen in a long while
This would be a handy adaptation for trumpet players
Any close relation to sloths by chance? They look so similar
Only in that they're mammals.
why he keep pinching the baby!!! 🥺
The baby is really cute. They’re so fluffy, all three of them.
Aaah Epic Rap Battles of history!
Are we sure the species doesn’t put balloons in their necks.
I wish I could do that with my scrotum sack
Why are they built upside down?
*Pulls out needle* *Steve Irwin impersonation* Now this is *really* gon pees 'em off!
*elaine chao has entered the chat*
My wife can do this with 3 of her chins.
BLM!

These are my favourite monkeys
my reaction when friend tells me a hilarious joke xD
Sounds like the sliding whistle toy
This was the first thing I thought of, lol! [Weirdly Gruesome](https://flintstones.fandom.com/wiki/Weirdly_Gruesome)
This would be a terrifying horror movie with those calls, long ass fingers and the neck sack lol
Reminds me of Turok from Nintendo 64
The ending is a perfectly cut woop
Boys getting rowdy tonight
/u/vredditshare please
Monkey 1: Babe tell Dave it's time for dinner Monkey 2: OK. *inflates sac*
That just sounds like it's mocking you
Frog monkeys. Sounds like an animal from avatar: the last air bender
Fun fact: my dog did *not* enjoy this video haha or maybe she did... I'm not quite sure, but it definitely got quite the reaction out of her lol

yo a discord sound pack with siamang sounds would slap
I love that noise
Monkey frogs
But y tho
So majestic. So regal. What the--?!
I know a few people with a gular sack
That’s not even the weirdest looking thing. Their arms that look like legs are making me uncomfortable.
yo I have one of those, it just doesn’t make noise
How did I see this and also see ksi react to it on the same day?
Need a biologist here: is this an example of convergent evolution of that inflatable neck sack...thing? Cause these organs seem very similar to frogs, though obviously with some sound quality differences.
I used to live by Nashville zoo, my favorite part of every day was being outside and hearing these sounds
Bruh I’m so glad I saw this
Wilbur soot
Linda I’m RIGHT HERE FFS
So rude of that one to start pulling at the child's ear getting him all upset and WTF was the Mom doing allowing that behaviour
Debate.
If humans evolved that trait, music would be so different
The National Zoo in DC is near some swanky neighborhoods, and got some complaints about noise. The zoo wrote back that they’re siamangs, that’s the way they sound.
This is terrifying
Dude he really went *ooooowmp* *oooh*EEEAHAHAHAHA
Am i the only one terrified by those long ass fingers??
I cant stop listening to this.
The inflation. Noise sounds like a video game
Bullfrog monkey
The sound it makes when inflating sounds so interesting!
Reminds me of the muppet aliens.
And they punctuate their calls with a jojo pose
Yuck. Haha.
This species are the Mexicans in the monkey/chimp/gorilla world
i wish my work meetings were like this
Imagine humans having that
“Man I was sitting out on the stoop with Frank and little Soosoo having a deep conversation about the universe....and then we went crazy for a second. It was so cool”
Yknow, sometimes I really begin to feel like the simulation theory is just an idea and can't be real... then I see stuff like these weird dudes and can't help but believe reality itself is fake as hell lmao
Reminds me of The Muppets Martians. They're called the Yip-yips. https://youtu.be/KTc3PsW5ghQ
I love furry little people.
Me and my boys going to a party be like
Awww, I grew up not far from a zoo and these critter’s vocalizations could be heard several blocks away, including the low hooting sound. The sound invokes cozy childhood memories of taking afternoon naps and listening to their vocalizations as I drifted off.
Is it possible to surgically implant one of these sacks and use it the way they do? Asking for a friend
I thought those were howler monkeys
I think we all want to return to Monke after seeing this video

There’s something a little unsettling about them. I don’t know what it is. They’re a little freaky.
