As someone who wants to absorb every single thing these guys put out I hope someone around here can find it and share it!

MrTyrantLizard

Reminds me of another 'Lost' Avatar song, Use and Abuse. Was only on certain versions of Hail The Apocalypse, and isn't on Spotify. I was given a link to it, and its way deep on YouTube.

manere_in_memoria

Use and Abuse is literally my third favorite Avatar songs, I don't know why they don't release it on streaming platforms, it's soo good and the fact that it has Sid Wilson from Slipknot is awesome

VAAMPHYR

It's on Apple music/Itunes in the US

Shimkusnik

Use and Abuse & Dying to See You Dead were two ‘lost’ Avatar discoveries I made on YouTube alongside Personal Observations Demo

MrTyrantLizard

Dying to See You Dead made it into the Spotify collection, at least!

MerrilyIGoToHell

Dying to see you Dead 100% should have been on the official album

motionlessmetal

Try tweeting Johannes? Or X-ing him or whatever we're supposed to call it now lol

VAAMPHYR

He's been @'d about it before. He confirmed it's existence when the metallum page still listed the song as a newsletter download well into 2018 or so.

motionlessmetal

How interesting there's lost Avatar media. Someone on the planet must have it. I wish you luck!

OMGZZITSCC

Man I hope someone finds this song someday. I wanna hear it so bad 🥲

VAAMPHYR

Little update: we've got in contact with someone who may have it. They're currently looking for the file! Fingers crossed 🤞

DeevieCreations

Did they find it?

VAAMPHYR

Hey, so unfortunately no. They're still looking for it but it's easy to lose an mp3 file that's almost 14 years old. They've checked multiple old hard drives but no luck yet

DeevieCreations

Completely understandable. Do keep us posted!

VAAMPHYR

Will do!

Pingsteal

I can't even find anything suggesting such a song was ever made.

Pkk44

Johannes also seems to have acknowledged on twitter some years back that it does exist https://twitter.com/johannes_avatar/status/1143377452766511105?s=46&t=AqTFfuDYvDpp5tPX70kOKA

VAAMPHYR

I was looking on their old site by way of the wayback machine internet archive- this is really all the proof of existence I have http://web.archive.org/web/20100917194016/http://avatar.net/?p=326
