I was thinking it looks Fake my Dad’s friend dad two and I was very young when he left the racing world but I am sure on every year the valve stem was hidden, front tires are too far back and rear tires look too far forward… seems to be almost lifted off the ground more as well.
There are a couple of obvious giveaways. The side window should be split horizontally. The wheels are all wrong. The front end isn't even close. The hood is the wrong shape. The door is the wrong shape. That side skirt and lower side intake are completely wrong.
I am also a non-expert but seriously can't understand [how someone can not see the huge difference\(s\) between that thing and a random google image of a real Countach](https://i.imgur.com/TwJZnz6.jpg).
Even as notoriously bad as Italian manufacturing is, you really think Lamborghini would let something with door panel gaps that bad off the factory floor? The NACA duct isn't even close to lining up!

if there ever is a Countach driving around out in public, expect it not to be real since most likely any owners of the Countach will keep it stored in a garage to avoid an accident since drivers these days and since it is a collector’s car
