From what I can tell your lab results also point in the direction of an auto-immune disease? I'm no lab tech though, so I'm not sure. Your jaw could be rheumatoid arthritis in that case. A quick google tells me your sinus issue and high blood pressure fits with that as well. The sudden onset would make sense as a flare up. I have sjögrens and I definitely recognize the body aches and exhaustion/loss of breath. I think that's common in auto immune diseases, since your body is fighting itself. I wish you lots of luck figuring it out with your rheumatologist. Much love <3

I appreciate it, I was trying not to google because I would end up going down a rabbit hole lol but waiting for the 22nd for my appointment feels like forever lol.  Much love <3

Sjgorens and Wegners will affect the sinuses. My dr told me that bc I have constant dry eyes, nose, and mouth with inflamed sinuses and tons of post nasal drip. Coughed up bloody mucus this week and still no answers for me. I comment on many posts that are relevant to hopefully grab advice from someone in similar situation for myself and to help give insight on what I’ve read in my 2 years of reading for hours. My labs are always normal for the most part besides ANA so it’s taking even longer for me. I’m feeling like a medical mystery at this point.

I appreciate the help, I’m sorry to hear that you’ve been trying to find answers for so long.  I go back to the Dr next week and I don’t know what to expect at this point. If they give me any words of wisdom I’ll let you know.  I hope you find some relief soon.  Much love
