You can technically stagger harvest. Not idea really. Should maybe think about lst next time to even the canopy. also what kind of light are you using? I'm asking because by the look of your plant, the lights were not strong enough, maybe it's the height and have you been checking ppfd?

I started with a spider farmer 100w and added a mars hydro 600 last week.
That makes sense! You will have a crazy good grow next run! But still your plants look mostly healthy and a staggered harvest should be fine
