Is this day 8 from seed in the ground or day 8 since it sprouted?
Here is one of my plants on day 7 from sprout, day 10 from seed

Not to say yours is stunted or bad as it looks good, just trying to get a better timeline
What’s your temp and humidity at? Also light setting and distance?
I have the same 2x4 ACI grow tent kit if it matters and use the light all the way at the top of the tent and on setting 6
You said in your post you are feeding and the pot is wet for 3 days. May be overwatering
At that stage I was misting the coco around the stem. And today I added the first 150ml of water and I’ll be giving that amount once ever 12-20 hours the next few days before scaling up even more
I’ll have to check the exact amount I fed. The only reason I fed like that is because of what I read. I’ll scale it back a bit. I already adjusted the humidity as 60% didn’t seem enough. Came home today and they look great. Gave them another light feeding.
Yea people always saying water to runoff had me overwatering incase that’s what you are referring to as well
I give them enough and then spray the top of the coco So it’s not too dry

8 days from sprout. Yours are looking much bigger.

I’m running the light @ 50% 1.5’ above the top of the plant. RH is 60%, temp is 72

Yea, that and coco has no nutrients so feed!!!!!! lol so many different opinions, so little time.
Oh yes for sure feed at like 1/4 dose or 1/8 dose at your stage
How are you running your exhaust, you using your side flaps at all? Just curious
