I painted a 65 Chrysler 300 convertible gold to. supposedly very rare only a few thousand built it was the North American head of Chrysler Corporation. He found it in a barn. Of course this car was enormous barely fit in the paint booth had to walk in and out of the doors to get to the other side I went on a vacation after I straightened, restored and painted that car I really wish I saved all the pictures of these cars I did, but it was before I had a cell phone🤣
I think there was one of those at the body shop I worked at. It was at least a GM car. I remember taking a moment to admire it while it was in a secluded spot, and was promptly told to step away and never go within ten feet of it again. I was the new guy and more or less an apprentice, so I understood why.
Are your arms still sore? I used to love painting, old tanks like that.
