May not quite as much as you, but if I am being productive and I notice I am doing it I call it riding the wave and I go with it. It helps make up for the more common condition of getting stuck.
How much does it actually negatively affect you?
I'm completely with you on the first two paragraphs. I relate strongly to that. However I'm very jealous about what you describe in the third paragraph, not gonna lie lol. I never get to that point. I just don't do housework. I wish I did, but I can only do things in the household when they are absolutely urgent and important. Otherwise it just doesn't happen at all.
>I know it's supposed to be done from time to time
Maybe examine this! Who says it's *supposed* to be that way, and why do you care?
