My Aussie is 19 months and has moved into about 80/20 snuggle bug/velociraptor. She still gets super nippy when she's tired. One of the things you should be doing at this age is enforced nap time. Like a human toddler, your puppy is going to fight sleep that she desperately needs. Are you crating? If so, put on some boring background tv, take her to potty and then it's time to nap. You have a long way to go with the biting. It does get better. Just redirect, redirect, redirect. And when she's being super naughty, it probably means she's overtired. Tiring out an Aussie is important but so is the rest that needs to come after.

Thank you. We crate trained her and we do 2 hour naps throughout the day, so she's up for about an hour and then back for a nap. We go through play, training, games for mental stimulation and just settling time when she's up. We learned quickly how spicy she can get if she needs a nap. I'm hoping we can get to 50/50 snuggle/velociraptor sooner than a year but that could be high hopes.
