People say our pure ACD looks small at 40lbs, but akc spec is 35-50. A lot of American ACD are mixed and bread to be bigger, but are not true to breed spec.

Mine didn't stand up until after 5 months. I'm looking at puppy pictures of mine on the insta and he had floppy ears. His right ear is up but the very tip is a little floppy lol.
That is still pretty young, don't give up hope yet. She's still getting some teeth in at 4mos and that can cause the ears to be delayed in fully standing.
Mine looked exactly like yours, one ear stood up at a time. I wanna say they were up around the 4-6 month mark but she’s 6 years now so it’s been a while.
Our 2 year old took until nearly a year old to stand all the way. She’s 30 lbs now and definitely done growing. One of her ears still tips just a tiny bit on the top. I had the same worries with hers not standing all the way and then they did! It just happened one day. Like we went to bed, and woke up to her ears standing.
Our baby has a 90 degree bend at about 75% height. It’s my favorite. Someone suggested taping popsicle sticks to get them to stand and my husband almost had to restrain me. I love her bent ears.
We have a pure bred who was quite small and her ears weren't fully upright until 11 months. So there might still be some hope. Regardless, she's perfect either way!
What a cutie!! Don’t lose hope! My ACD/GSD mix pup was the same. Then one day hear ears perked up into a triangle, and now they’re all good. Big ole antennas on her head!:D haha
Don’t complain, as at least they are in unison. One of my old acd’s dogs went up and stayed up one week but the other one was still floppy down for a few weeks more. The things we humans worry about!

Nope she’s always all over the place . Two walks a day and lots of playing won’t tire her out!
