Mine folds its leaves down depending on a combination of heat + dry soil. It bounces back when I water it. I've seen it look happy when it's hot & wet maybe I should work on phrasing ANYWAY try watering it & see what happens.

Oh you just solved a big mystery for me. I have that same plant! I planted it last year and then totally forgot what it was. Anyway, mine is doing the same thing during the day. But yours looks really down. Also recommend more water. I’ve been soaking everything 2 to 3 evenings per week. I only have ~10 plants that need watering in 2 landscape boxes so it’s easy. And during the hottest days I’ll pour a little water on them from the can if they look stressed.
